Centrico

Nos sentimos un poco decepcionados. Cogimos este hotel por ubicacion y porque tenia aire acondicionado, siendo Agosto no queriamos pasar calor, pero resulta que casualmente se habia roto en esas fechas y estaban varias semanas sin aire acondicionado. Pagando 310 euros por habitacion sin desayuno lo minimo era ofrecer una compensacion o un pequeño detalle y no tener que pedirlo yo, nos dieron unas bebidas gratis. Finalmente no fue necesario el aire y el hotel fue confortable; pero no me gusto la actitud. Con lo poco que cuesta quedar bien.....

Der Service war immer für alle Fragen offen. Großes Zimmer, das jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt wurde. Die Bushaltestelle nach Amsterdam und Zaandvort 2 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel.

Frühstück war gut, hätte aber bei 5 Nächten etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können.

Schoon, geweldige aardige mensen, locatie op korte loopafstand van het centrum. Kan geen minpunten bedenken!

Rooms a little small

The hotel is centrally located very nice and clean and the staff is wonderful. Although the room is very dark with very few outlets, and the breakfast was sparse for the price.

Not a lot outlets or light in the hotel room

Room was very clean and spacious. Everything was fine. Room has all necessary accessories. Bed was comfortable. There were extra pillows (firmer ones) which we used. Staff was ok, although we didn't have many interactions. Cleaning staff was very polite. Good location. Calm and good area. Right next to park (although it was closed off completely due to an event). Close to centre (10 mins walk). Hotel easy to reach by car. However we didn't use the parking, so cannot comment.

More traditional/older furniture and fittings. Some items can be modernised. There could be some better coffee, tea, as well as larger tea cups in the room. There were only small espresso cups. Walls are a bit thin - so it was a bit noisy hearing guests walking in the corridor/rooms etc. The room was a bit warm. By balcony, we imagined by the pictures of the room something where would have some chairs to enjoy a coffee/tea in the morning/evening with some more comfort. It's only to stand with a glass fit-out. This was ok for us for a short stay as the town and the surrounding nature are lovely to explore.

Deluxe room with free mini bar, large room and very comfortable bed. Hotel bar excellent (not like a hotel bar at all). Staff very welcoming and friendly. Location excellent - close to some really nice restaurants, quiet location next to a park, 15 minute walk to centre of Haarlem old town and Grote Market.

Spare bed left in room - could have been removed but not a major issue. Balcony is tiny - only room for one to stand (again, no issue for us really).
