The property around and in front of the hotel was not that well maintained and gives a lesser impression.
Mixing the wather temperature in the shower is a real challenge

The lady owner was very nice and friendly, helpful with all our questions. Breakfast was great, loads of goodies for kids too.
The restaurant on the property was unfortunately closed, and I was kind of counting on it for our dinners. Luckily we could order food from thuisbezorgd, but it would've been good to have that information upfront.

Staff were incredible! Very friendly and very nice. Hotel has a very old charm that was welcome compared to your big chain hotels. The breakfast was very filling. Not heavy, but much light fare. Very good.
Bed was a little too firm, but everything else made up for it.

Charming hotel with great location, fantastic breakfast, very nice and helpful staff. it’s a very good option to go to Efteling and to Beekse Bergen. It has free parking in the property.

Quiet hotel in rural setting. Traditional thatched-roof building with lovely garden and outdoor sitting area, comfortable room, friendly welcome, walking paths nearby. Relatively close to highway.
Restaurant was closed for dinner, only bar was open for drinks and snacks.

Curtains in bedroom were too thin to block out much daylight. Sat-nav in car took us a very circuitous country lanes route to get there,

Absolutely gorgeous place. We loved the rooms, the super friendly staff, and the breakfast is beyond everything I had before in a Hotel.

Very friendly welcome. Food was good and copious. Nice, big, pretty garden with outdoor seating and plenty for children to do (play equipment, board games). Comfortable bed, room was cosy and comfortable.
The decor was a bit tired.
