Staff were very helpful. The restaurant Thym was excellent with a great menu and extremely nice staff.

The room was freezing cold and the personnel could do nothing about it, even though we arrived with little baby. She was sneezing all the time and hopefully she won't be ill because of it..Provided us with heater, but didn't help at all. The temperature was about 17° in our appartment. And no appology, discount or refund for that. Very disappointed and would never visit again.

We stayed in a spacious triple room with a separate entrance, perfect for accommodating parents, a teenager and a puppy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It so happened that we had both dinner, breakfast and lunch at Thym restaurant, the food and service there was excellent all the time. And we really enjoy that the hotel is in a quiet and green location next to the park!

The stay was quite enjoyable. If you like hotels with a nice view nearby and a calm neighborhood, this is the hotel for you. There is a park outside which is quite enjoyable to go around in, the bus stop isn't too far away, Eindhoven Centraal station isn't overly far away too. The workers were quite nice and helpful as well. The room had shampoo/body wash/soap, even though when I asked, the reply said there won't be shampoo, only body wash/soap, which was good. Room also had towels and hair dryer, which were fine. Room came with some coffee/tea, which is quite nice addition to the room. Something that I did not use but the hotel offers is: Bike rentals (10€ a day or 15€ for two days) and umbrella in case you need it with 20€ deposit that you get back after you return the umbrella. So if you plan to stay only in Eindhoven for some days, I most definitely recommend taking out a bike, since Netherlands is incredibly bike-focused, I had instant huge culture-shock from it. Lastly, the restaurant was nice, although I only went to it on the very last day before check-out for breakfast, I've had best scrambled eggs I've ever had.

I wish the rooms had a safe in them, while I felt relatively safe leaving my belongings in the room after the first day, but the idea of leaving a laptop behind in a room that is just rented out for a few days sitting there in a bag felt still a bit iffy. I wish room had a bit more light in it, a bit unsure as to why it had only lamps behind the bed, so in the room itself it definitely felt a bit dark, lightning in bathroom was fine. The shower cabin felt a bit too small for me, I wish it was a bit larger one, but it's understandable as to why it is the size it is (shower room's size as a whole).

We couldn't stay longer

Breakfast was great - continental style but came with lovely bread, smoked salmon, bacon and eggs- so a bit more than continental. Location was great as there was a few parks around which was great for the dog. Easy walk into town. Great restaurant on site called Thym- lovely food.
