Nice room, location, treatment.

The location of the hotel is awesome. It is a few minutes away from the Philips Museum by walking. The staff is very friendly. There were snacks and treats in my room. After I checked out the hotel, they kept my luggage for a day so that I did not have to walk around with my luggage all day, which was really nice of them.

The only downside about the place is that my bathroom was very small. It was not very comfortable to be honest. I stayed in a single room and I am not sure if this is the case for all rooms.

It took a long time to check in/get the keys because there was no staff in the empty restaurant. Public spaces untidy and stairs steep. Painting the stairs and renovating the floors of the corridors in progress. It was difficult to get hold of the front door of the hotel. soundproofing in the rooms is poor. Even the sounds of the shower in the neighboring room could be heard loudly through the wall. a brick wall could be seen from the window. The bed was hard. The towel was only changed after the 1st night. The towel was already dirty. Place was not a hotel level place. more like a hostel with its own room. Not value for money.

Close to everything in eindhoven

The location is close lots of intesting sights, bars, coffees, museums. Itself located on a small square with clubs and restaurants.

The room 8 provides only one chair. No shelves to put your clothes, just hangers. Very difficult to sit on the toilet, there isnt room. You can hear snorring, tv, hairdryer from the rooms next to you, the walls are very weak. Good for one night.

Noisy hotel. Shabby decor. Steep stairs up to the rooms. Every time your neighbour turned on the shower or flushed the toilet there was an almighty noise... OK for the price as a solo traveller. Don't take your partner....

Location was perfect, just on the edge of the very centre but equally not right in bustling heart. My room overlooked a square with a couple bars. I think it could've been slightly loud but I slept with earplugs so wasn't disturbed. Even before sleep I could hear very little as the bars were a few buildings away. Shower room seemed very new, perhaps redone recently. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. An added bonus was finding Netflix available on the TV, but I'm unsure if this was simply left over from the previous guest.

Nothing much, although the floor of the room seemed to be peeling! The imitation laminate had cracked and was lifting off, to the extent that some chunks of it got stuck to my feet when walking around. I wasn't bothered as I was out and about but it's clear the flooring needs to be addressed as a priority as it has totally failed.

The location is perfect, near the train station and all the pubs and restaurants. The view from the window was nice. There is a square in fron ot it.
