La posizione è ottima. Se esci dalla reception ti trovi sulla strada principale con locali, market e fermata taxi, se invece esci da uno dei tanti cancelli della struttura, sei davanti al mare. La posizione è dunque davvero ottima. Il personale gentile e disponibile.

La pulizia non veniva fatta quotidianamente e, quando appunto venivano svolte le pulizie, era davvero troppo superficiale.. anche quando siamo entrati il primo giorno, il pavimento non era pulitissimo... Formiche in cucina nonostante non abbiamo mai cucinato.. Portatevi il phon da casa perché non c'è. Ci siamo dovuti anche comperare la carta igienica, una piccolezza, ma sempre una mancanza è.. però ottima struttura, posizione strategica.

location was fantastic love this hotel but was given a dated room not the same as last year so was a bit disappointed and had no fan or air con in bedroom so had to rent a fan but other than that was good staff very helpful just wish there was an iron in every room rather than having to rent one as well but had a fantastic holiday

Fabulous location, right in the middle of everything but not at all noisy at night. Felt very safe. Extremely close to beach also which is another bonus. Apartment was lovely and absolutely spotless. I was half board and food was lovely with great choice. Staff lovely and friendly too. I was a solo traveller on this occasion but will definitely be returning with my family. 5* from me.

Great location but everything else was a let down.

No A/C room was like an oven, had a ceiling fan and gave us a stand up fan but just felt like someone was blowing in you. Had to pay for wifi, rent a iron ( uk one at ) probably some had left it behind, I appreciate your entrepreneurial skills but if you didn’t come with uk adapter then the uk plug in Spain no good unless you buy one!!

Good location

Noisy apartment, are there were works on the apartment above, I complained twice and spoke to the frontdesk, no solution was proposed, I wanted to speak to the manager, the manager never showed up. The hotel did not propose any solution, neither did they do any discount. Just imagine being in vacation and listening to hammers all day. Appartement equipments are old.

Location was excellent. The staff friendly & very helpful. Excellent pool area with plenty of sun loungers & umbrellas. Really clean.

The apartment allocated to us was not what was shown on the website pics. The apartment althought clean was in need of refurbishment, it was tired looking & the ceiling fan had years of dust stuck to the blades. Customers should be made aware of this when booking so they can upgrade.

Cant be closer to the playas, every thing is convenient, supermarkets, restaurants everywhere. The only thing was that we had 2 cockroaches when we arrived, we asked to change room they say they could not..

The apartment had 1 small ceiling fan that circulated warm air. The bedroom registered at 31 degrees at 11pm which was not fit to sleep in. We had requested a cot which was not there. We were advised to stay the night despite not being happy with the facility and we would resolve the issue in the morning. We were then informed we could not have a refund and should not have stayed the night if we weren’t happy. We had to pay to stay at another hotel as we couldn’t have stayed at the hotel in the temperatures.

spotlessly clean!! not a spec of dirt. good amount of space, close to the beach it was perfect for what we were looking for.

The weather was bad a few evenings so it would have been nice if there was some entertainment in the complex but just a nice to have not a deal breaker

Cockroaches came in to the apt when the patio door was left open because there's no air con kango hammer iclearing out apt during the day v noisy

The property was very clean and modern. It was in a good location very close to the beach and there were many shops around. The staff were very professional and helpful.

Really fresh, modern and VERY clean. Great pool area, staff doing entertainment were fab & reception/bar area staff were very pleasant. Will be staying again :)

Would prefer a private balcony but it’s not much of a con compared to what was on offer!
