Wow! Gorgeous hotel and views. Room was big and comfy with a great balcony. Included breakfast was delicious. Do the olive oil and wine tasting! Special thanks to the friendly and helpful staff, especially Luigi and Tony! Oh, and location was excellent!

The view was amazing, staff was great, breakfast was nice also. Very clean nice hotel.

The air conditioner either was not working or was on a lock. The room was kind of hot and stuffy, one of the tv's did not work and there was some kind of electrical problem causing the lights to go on and off several times. Other than this, it was a nice experience. Some of the places close way too early so I think it would be better if the hotel had a late night bar open with food.

Very pleasant setting of great high end hotel in Positano.

One lady of the breakfast staffs asked my party again while we are eating whether we were the hotel guests after checking in the loof top restaurant. Staffs were very nice overall, so I don’t want to think it as mistake by the prejudice, but we were the only Asian there at that moment. She was nice after that, but it was still unpleasant question to be asked.

good location, clean hotel, close to the beach, staff helpful and has two restaurants for when you’re too tired to venture out for food

my suit me was right under one of the restaurant and do table and chairs scraping the floor was almost torture in the evening. conversations would carry loudly too

Our room was fantastic, spacious with a separate lounge room and balcony overlooking Positano was beautiful. The reception staff were fantastic and so helpful. The view from the rooftop bar and restaurant were spectacular, but it was the staff who made our stay so special. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and I think the staff in the restaurants were celebrating just as much with us, which made it such a fun and special occasion. We were sad to leave but will definitely return when we can.

The Hotel Eden Roc was incredible. From the size of the rooms with the bedroom and family room, to the patio and views - we couldn't have asked for anything more. The rooms had a separated spaced for the bed and the couch area, which was very comfortable after wandering the hilly roads. The bathroom had a large shower with two rain shower heads, two sinks and plenty of counter spaced. We hung out on the patio every day - enjoying the sunrise and sunset and just staring at the ocean! The staff at the Eden Roc were amazing! We chatted with the lobby staff every day, they were always interested in where we were going, providing tips and asking about our day as we returned....or just chatting. The restaurant staff were all fabulous as well. The free breakfast never left us hungry, no matter your preference, they have you covered. The staff got to know what we preferred too. You can't beat the view - rooftop dining with full windows!! Thanks to everyone there, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

incredibile location enjoying not only the view on the sea but also the view on Positano itself. Great plus also the availability of the garage at the property, quite exceptional for Positano.

Everything is amazing at this hotel. The room is like an apartament, the balcony with jacuzzi and the view is totally breathtaking the bathroom and shower are relaxing breakfast also amazing and the staff… I have no word for staff… all of them amazing and very helpful, always happy and smiling. For sure we will be back to Positano and Eden Roc.

fantastic property. Is expensive but worth it. What a beautiful hotel and location. Positano is wonderful. The breakfast included was fantastic. The on site restaurant is a top 5 restaurant in Positano. The views are amazing.
