The location was fantastic. A few minutes walk to the main sites. The public rooms were elegant. The staff was friendly, helpful and proactive in offering information and assistance. The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast included in the room was had lots of choices, cereals, hot food, all types of bread, rolls, sweet breakfast desserts and beverages.

There was nothing I disliked.

Fabulous Hotel! All the staff were so welcoming, cosy bar, amazing breakfast & spotlessly clean. The bedroom was so comfortable & housekeeping was tip top! Right in the heart of the historical centre of Verona. We will be back!

The hotel Team is really nice, always wishing to support you. I received from the hotel a bigger room than the one I booked. The room was excellent, very big and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good

Hotel is beautiful

Staff could do with learning some people skills. Bar is well overpriced. Hotel knew I was vegan before I arrived but made no attempt to accommodate my needs.

beautiful historical hotel close to everything but not is the the super busy path of it.

The room was cozy, the staff were great and the hotel has all that old italian vibe. It's really close to everything as it's in centre of town. Also, it's really close to the best pizza in town (2min)

breakfast room is a bit tight for space and it would be preferable to have more buffet / self service for toast etc rather than having to ask for everything individually

Breakfast and location and staff were all great. One problem was that I had to climb stairs with a sore leg.

The location was incredible, in the middle of the old part of the city, the room was immaculately clean, the staff were friendly and obliging and the breakfast was delicious, well presented and plentiful. The bed was the most comfortable we experienced during more than 2 weeks travelling around northern Italy. There are plentiful eateries within 3 minutes walk for lunch or dinner as the restaurant only serves breakfast.

Nothing to dislike

Great experience in the heart of Verona. My room was excellent, very big with multiple areas, almost like a suite. The hotel is a few minutes walk form the arena and breathes an air of an 18th century palace.

I arrived by car but was nit able to make a reservation in the hotel parking area. Make sure you check before confirming the booking if this si important to you.

asked for a quiet room. til 02 night was like a discoteque. then only heating 3 hours out of 24. freezing cold. went up in the night to put on clothes. To save money on hrmesting on a 400 euros per night room and let the guests go to a survival mode ruins totally an otherwise great experience. breakfast great. personal nice. but…go only in summer
