Staff was always welcoming. Mexican restaurant was best quality/taste meal and vibrant staff.

There was too much hassle on the beach. The quality of the food in most restaurants not true to description, the quality of some guest disrespectful, the entertainment was very poor. Felt a bit trapped in the resort.

Solo un evento en particular en donde al llegar a hacer el check in me hicieron esperan en portería de la calle y no en la recepción mientras lo buscaban en el sistema.

I like how the property had so many options, between pools and restaurants. The spa was one of my fav the hydrotherapy was worth it .

Just the walking but I did stay in an ocean front . Front desk has no issues getting us a ride

The staff at the hotel were superb. They always said hello, offered to help. One of them even took us off property to a party. The beach and pool were really nice.

The food and drink were okay. Facilities were a bit outdated. Expected more luxury but it was still nice.

Only the support staff was kind

As a world wide traveler’s we had the worst experience. To make long story short, we are still waiting for answers on five emails we sent to customer service, to resort GM and front dashboard. Isn’t it enough to understand how they treated us. Room cleaning was late every day ( around 1400h) . We payed extra money for Preferred guest only area, but in that areas it is impossible to have sun bad if you don’t get up 6:00 in the morning to put towels on it! There is nothing “Preferred “ over there. But the most unprofessional and disrespectful attitude is that nobody answered on emails. Totally disrespectful.
