ניקיון החדרים ומצעים לא נקיים!!

הזמנו את המקום להורים שלי, מתנה ליום הולדתו ה-70 של אבא. מעל הכל- השירות היה מצוין! ביקשתי מהם בהזמנה שאם זה אפשרי שישאירו בלון או משהו. כשההורים שלי הגיעו חיכה להם בקבוק יין (שהם ממש עפו עליו), עוגה עם נר ופירות. הם לא הפסיקו להתלהב מהכל. אמרו שהרמה של המלון מאוד גבוהה: מרמת המוצרים בחדר, הגודל של החדר, הנוף מהמרפסת, האוכל במלון, המיקום שהוא ממש על הים ומעל הכל- השירות! בתור הילדים שלהם, אנחנו אפילו קצת מקנאים 😉 תודה על חוויה מושלמת.

בריכה קטנה

היה מקסים, קיבלנו כל מה שרצינו, הרגשנו שרואים אותנו בתור אנשים. הביאו לנו ועשו בשבילנו עוד לפני שביקשנו, שמו לב לכל פרט קטן בחופשה. החל מפינוקים לבנות, סדר וניקיון מופתי. פשוט היתה חוויה מושלמת!

לא היה משהו כזה, למעט המעליות

L emplacement est ideal . Les chambres très belles . Le personnel plutôt agréable . La piscine est belle un peu petie.

La piscine trop petite par rapport au monde surtout le samedi avec Trop de bébé en couche dans l eau . Et le repas de chabat à profusion, varié mais au niveau qualité déçue . Dommage que le Carlton n ai pas sa propre plage .malgre tout ça je le recommande quand même mais pas le Chabat .

This was a very short stay and I would have loved to have been able to stay longer. The best thing were the staff, who were well trained and polite.

The infrastructure was the weakness; slow lifts, bar area / common area was uninviting, pool area poor.

The very good location, sea front, good seimming pool on the top of the roof, the fantastic view from the roof, great stuff and wonderful choice of food for breakfast in the restaurant at the sea

The places in the room where you are not supposed to look at ( under the bed, beneath the minibar ) were not cleaned, some other mechanical issues apperead , but the stuff tried to solve the problems as much as they could
