I like serviced the property offers - swimming pool, great restaurant and very well equiped room.

The bed was not very comfortable for me, but this is very subjective.

the whole resort is beautiful and well planned. there is everything what you need restaurant, wellness, parking.

but I was surprised that there is no any special room for ski equipment to put. it was impossible to dry everything for the next day of skiing.

Both the breakfast and the dinner was really good, but there were just a few vegetarian option. The staff were nice and helpful.

The rooms were much smaller than in the pictures and the walls are very thin so we hear the neighbors all the time, they were really noisy.

Nice breakfast, very friendly staff. We stayed at the apartment, it was very well maintained, clean and comfortable. Playgrounds are great.

The apartment was very small. We had to cross the road to get to the restaurant and all the rest of the resort facilities so it was not so recommended with young yet independent kids.

The cabin was very spacious and had a washing machine, dish washer oven etc.... There were children's playgrounds around

It's really too bad that all the (not so...) small details are missed: the heating didn't work at night, the cables tv didn't work and there were no hot water in the cabin during our first night there. The cabins are very far from reception, wellness and breakfast area so we had to drive there, there was no fire wood etc... The place has a great potential*If* it was better maintained

Cottege was great, beautiful territory and nature around.

on the last day when we left, we found out that someone had stolen our dog's food, which had been on the terrace for 7 days.

Good facilities, big and well equipped cottage. Comfortable accommodation , very nice and quiet area.

The rooms are well equipped. Nice kitchen. Washing machine is a nice feature. Spacious. Location is in the center of many attractions. The cottages are located in nature. Birds, trees... nice. Hotel staff is nice.

Overall maintenance and cleanliness could improve. The mattresses were really broken and hence really uncomfortable. The bathtub is very low. Comfortable for young kids only.

I really liked the family atmosphere, it might be a little busy in the hotel/apartment area, but the area with cabins was quiet and full of families with children.

I wish the indoor pool was included in the price for the cabins, as I think they are for the hotel area.

Good location, not too far from Liptovska Mara or Tatralandia. Clean and comfy rooms

The chalet we stayed in was very well equipped - the kitchen, also cleaning equipment was sufficient enough to maintain all the need we had The cottage was nicely designed The view was beautiful

The chalet we stayed in was more than 500 meters away from the main building, restaurant or wellness. With the 2 little kids and super hot weather, it was impossible to walk to breakfast every morning or dinner. We had to consider any contact with the main building carefully because it would mean 40 extra minutes. It was not written in the description and we were told that it was obvious from the pictures - well we didn't analyze the pictures enough obviously. The biggest problem was the cleanliness of the chalet. Inside there were dead flies everywhere so I guess no vacuum cleaning happened before we came. The most horrible was the terrace - there were spider webs everywhere you looked at, dirty stairs - my kids were scared and I was scared to sit outside. It looked like nobody has ever cleaned the terrace or surrounding of that chalet. There were two grills to be used to have a barbecue - well I spent 30 minutes washing one of them to be able to use it and eat something for dinner - the other one was so dirty that I would never use it. The resort was in the middle of the village, very noisy by the gardening work of all the neighbors and basically, there was nothing around - nowhere to go in the walking distance just the houses. And no grocery store. So basically when we wanted to eat we had to go everywhere by car - very inconvenient with infant and 3 years old especially when you expect chalet with wellness and all the in-resort facilities. No hangers in the bathrooms - all the towels had to be placed on the windows when we wanted to have them in reach. Such a small thing but it was super annoying. It was not 4* at all, I am shocked how this was described because when you pay this money you don't expect dirt, dead insects also in the restaurant, old furniture... I recommend the management to deeply clean everything and to do deep maintenance - lockdown was actually a great opportunity to do so.

We enjoyed the stay a lot, staff was friendly, room clean, wellness great with cca 4 saunas, swimming pool was nice as well, however available not only to the guests but people from outside as well, so was quite full. Food at the restaurant was delicious both buffet breakfast and a la cart evening menu.

The location - eventhough its situated in the nature, its very close to the main road and the traffic was quite loud. Plus the resort is at the beginning of the village, so there are standard houses next to the property, whose people were working jn the garden during our stay and making a lot of noise with machines.
