We hadden lounge access en dat was een geweldige service. Het personeel daar was geweldig - heel vriendelijk en persoonlijk. Het was ook heel fijn om in een wat kleinere en rustigere omgeving te kunnen ontbijten - een uitdaging voor onze kinderen maar wel heel prettig voor ons allemaal. Ook de drankjes en hapjes tijdens cocktail tijd aan het eind van de middag waren lekker en fijn om even een rustmoment in de dag te hebben met elkaar.

Location was perfect for our requirements. Guest car parking was easy to access. Good selection of food on the in room menu. Rooms were big for the location in Singapore

We had little problem with air conditioning but they solve it quickly. The restaurant place is too small most days we had to wait to have breakfast

La camera era grande e ben attrezzata. I letti grandi e i materassi confortevoli. Il bagno funzionale con anche la vasca da bagno. La colazione molto buona.

La sala per la colazione è troppo piccola per il numero di camere dell’hotel, e se non si va a fare colazione al mattino presto si rischia di fare lunghe file prima di poter accedere alla sala.

Indian Restaurant Tandoor is a life saver for vegetarian people like me! Service by Nitin, Sasi & Balbeer were exceptional. Quality of food is very good. Kudos to team.

This is an old property not renovated as per latest international standards

Have to take taxi to everywhere esp in the 90 degree weather it's hard to walk to the bus station.

The staff were all very unfriendly and would never greet guests In fact they would avoid eye contact and look away as soon as they see guests come through the door

Very clean, convenient location. They let us into our room early which was great as we were so tired from our overnight flight

酒店位置距離Somerset 站大約8-10分鐘路程，不過剛開始要在商場兜兜轉轉找出口。

沒有提供拖鞋。 枕頭完全沒有承托力，每晚都睡得很差👎 早餐食物以Indian food 為主，好難吃。

Had an excellent stay at the property, the rooms are spacious and clean. The highlight of the stay, is the Indian Restaurant in the property and easy accessibility from almost everywhere.

Swimming pool could have been covered.

Breakfast variety was excellent, room was slightly on the older side, location was pretty good for amenities once you found the way around the underground so that you could avoid the heat

Room dining menu was not ideal. It could have improved on the menu offering lighter meals

The room is spacious for the 4 of us. The staff is very friendly and fulfils our needs for extra pillows and towels. Nearby with many eating places and bars to chill.

The room is slightly too far in, away from the lift lobby.

The bathroom is not convenient. We had problems with the drainage of water in the sink

The location is really great if you stay here as a tourist. It's child friendly and young kids stay for free.

The whole hotel has a quite old feel to eat, but it's been maintained ok. One of the guys at the Concierge was quite rude and not helpful at all. The local food at the breakfast food didn't really impressive.

Location - next to centerpoint mall. You can walk 50 meters to enter centerpoint and from there you can walk to orchard central and orchard gateway and Somerset 313. Very easy to get to MRT. The hotel room is big and very comfortable. Hotel is clean and well manage. Staff are helpful. Breakfast has a good spread

I like it the first time i stayed here it was so nice snd everything was perfect

Now after just 2 months of my last visit the facilities become so old and not functioning well. The bathroom was all clogged (sink and bathtub) even after changing room for my extended days. Ugh so inconvenient.
