La chambre est cocooning, tout était très propre et le personnel très professionnel et bienveillant

Peut être que la salle petit déjeuner est un peu petite pour le nombre de personnes à l’hôtel. Quand nous arrivions il y avait toujours des gros groupes en salle petit-déjeuner, ce qui rendait la chose difficile pour avoir accès à une table ou même aux plats

간단한 음식들이었고 특별한 맛을 기대하진 마세요. 그래도 나가 사먹는거보단 시간도 절약이고 든든히 채워 나가 괜찮았다고 생각되네요. 더운 오후에 옥상에 있는 수영장을 2번 정도 이용했는데 좁고 긴 수영장이지만 한낮의 더위를 식혀줘 좋았습니다.사용하는 사람도 적은 편이라 독점하다시피 했네요.

방이 좁았던거? 뭐 이정도 금액이면 싱가포르에선 가성비있는 금액대라 생각되어 아쉽지만 만족했답니다.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good, just what you need to start the day. Location, it’s nearer to bendemeer mrt than lavender. There is lots of eating options very close to the hotel. Outside pool and seating area are lovely too. Singapore is extensive for accommodation and this is good value.

Rooms are small but that’s Singapore!

Dinner was very good, service was very nice. However tiny and crowdy place for the dinner.

Wait until next building will be finished because of the noise from building site. The doors opened into the small shower.

Zimmer und vor allem Bad waren sehr klein, trotzdem angenehm und alles Nötige war vorhanden Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, housekeeping sehr gut und freundlich. Das Personal insgesamt war sehr effizient, sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit, besonders Mr. Fikrie, der uns mit Rat und Tat weiterhalf. Es gab ein wirklich gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Auch room service war sehr gut. Gefallen hat uns auch die Pool Anlage auf dem Dach samt Ausblicken.

Unangenehm waren der Baulärm in der Nähe und die lauten ACs der Nachbarhäuser.

Western look, nice location and good breakfast. But overall: too expensive for what you’re getting. Staff was helpfull though.

Tiny bathroom that’s not cleaned very well (hair in the showerdrain) and really bad soundproofing. You can hear everything going on outside in the room; which is especially annoying with ongoing construction right now.

L’hotel si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata del bus e della metro Bendemeer (dall’aeroporto questa linea si prende dalla fermata Expo). Per la stazione Lavender ci vogliono circa 10/15 minuti a piedi. La struttura è pulita e confortevole, buon buffet per la colazione. Personale gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente consigliato!

Good location and housekeeping did an excellent job when cleaning our room

Nothing. All was good but unfortunately we did get to use the facilities or I would have rated it higher. This is due because we were busy working.

Staff is welcoming and friendly. $177 reasonable price in Singapore however, on the $200 max you can get much better places. Location is great just a few minutes from Lavender station and close to everything.

hotel to be part of the Accor group would expect a bit higher standards, do you tell itself it’s a bit dark specially corridors going to the rooms which are a bit rundown. Wait, not a very pleasant odor, old carpets sound isolation is not the best

Clean cozy rooms, and nothing really to complain about.

Staff was not cordial, the lady at the check in desk was incredibly rude at checkin, and kept asking for my passport even thought I told her I need time to take it out of my luggage. Just overall bad experience, seemed to me she was annoyed at us for some reason, which was uncalled for.

The location was good. Good locality and easily accessible to major bus stations. The breakfast was decent.

The rooms were uncomfortably small. No cupboards or any storage space at all.

It’s very important to me that the facilities are clean, and this hotel met my expectations in that regard. The staff at the restaurant was polite and keep the tables clean almost immediately after anyone left their set. The lighting in the room was so good!

the room was too small even for two persons, not many electrical outlets. It is so small that it was difficult to open a large suitcase. I requested breakfast during my stay but the personnel at the lobby did not include one day. Despite it was their mistake, they didn't do anything to make up for it. The location is a bit far from the city main attractions. It is close-ish to an MRT station.

The room was simple and clean. Layout was quite efficient but a bit small.

Had the classic room which was compact but functional and comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. We were able to have 2 suitcases stored to live out of. Staff were great. Helpful and friendly. Great pool to relax and swim.

The room was clean and organized. No smell. The chair at the balcony was really cute. Loved the breakfast. My family enjoyed it. Coffee was exceptional. The rooftop pool was awesome. It looks like an infinity pool though it's not. The view was incredible.

The gym was too small rather than that, the entire stay was worth it. Highly recommended.
