Just one minor item. We could not find any sheets for the hide a bed or lower bunk.

Very clean. The space worked great for our family gathering. Loved the open kitchen/great room.

The house was beautiful. Great space for large groups with each bedroom having their own bathroom. Lots of extra towels and linens available. Great outdoor space. We would have loved to give a 5 star review but the hot tub was not clean. It didn't have any chemicals in the floating disc and had a horrible smell. The out door fire place did not work because the gas wasn't turned on. We messaged several times to see if we could get these things addressed but that never happened. We were given a very minimal refund that definitely didn't make up for the inconvenience of not having use of the hot tub and fire pit. Great house if you don't want to use those features.

The house was great. Better than the photos. The service was great and the stay overall was as good as anyone could have hoped for.

We had a great experience and the house was very spacious for our large family. The kitchen was well equipped and had spices, coffee and tea available. The furniture was comfy and the decor was fun, we were celebrating my daughters 21st birthday and had plenty of room for several impromptu dance parties!! The location was easy to get downtown but on the edge of town and the deck had a partial view of the mountains. The only downside were the pans in the kitchen are at the end of their lifespan and the locks on the house are a little challenging, so don’t wait to try and lock the house for the first time as your Uber driver is three minutes away!!! So if you love lots of windows, room and light this house is perfect for you!!

This is our 2nd year staying at this property. It is great! Very close to Mount Bachelor and Downtown Bend.

This house was perfect for 4 couples! There was enough space for everyone, we were able to get together in one area as well as spread out and have some privacy. The kitchen had all the tools you could think of! Definitely recommend staying here.

We were switched into this property from our original choice, where we expected to accommodate a party of 12 (plus one child, whom we planned to have sleep on a sofa). Because this property has beds for just 10, 2 of our party had to go to a hotel. We had asked the rental manager before our arrival for a cot or air mattress for the child, but we received no follow-up, and no extra mattress or cot appeared. My wife and I were the two displaced members of our party. We noticed that the others were parking in the driveway, not using the garage, but we did not realize until after our rental ended that no one had seen or used the garage remote. It remains missing; none of our party reports having it or seeing it. My wife and I have limited mobility; if we had stayed at this property, we would have found it difficult to negotiate the stairs to the upper floor kitchen/LR/DR. While we did not report that when making our reservation, we also were not informed that the layout required navigating stairs. Despite these issues, we thought this was a nice facility, well furnished, well maintained, with responsive but mixed management. (Case in point: We asked for the hot tub to be heated during our stay - and we were charged for that by the day. Our party found that the water was cold the day we arrived and remained so the next morning. When we reported the problem, it was soon corrected - but to my knowledge we have not received a rebate for the days the heat was off.)

We had a really great stay and we’re very impressed with how great the property manager got back to us with any issue. They truly went above and beyond. House was very nice and clean. Would stay again.

Excellent property. One small issue - The oven would not work, no big deal, but it does need fixed. Maintenance was called, came over, but we both could not get it working. Thank you!

Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable.

House was nice and great space. Main issue was we had a couple people that are sensitive to animal/dog hair. They had to take inhalers multiple times as the dog hair from previous renters aggravated their asthma. Animal hair on couch and rug in main living area.

Great spacious property with reverse layout—most bedrooms on the first floor. Communication with property manager—good on tv not being connected. Would stay here again.

The only complain my we had was the internet was terrible! Horribly slow and almost unusable. The house was fantastic though and the service was very responsive to all of our needs.

This home was perfect for our group. It's much bigger than it looks in the photos. It was very clean and well stocked. Unfortunately the hot was more like a warm bath at most and with the cool weather it made it to cold to use for very long. There are a few minor maintenance issue but over all it was really nice place. We will be back

This house was the perfect size for our family, all in town for a wedding. We had 8 adults so it was nice to have a bedroom and bathroom for each couple. House was in a very nice community, walking distance to restaurants. Bed were comfortable and the house was very clean. All in all, a great stay!

We had a group out playing Pronghorn and loved being in the town where we could dine and hang out. It's a great home for golfers or couples.

Beautiful home in an excellent and safe location of Bend. The home was clean when we arrived but the hot tub was slightly discolored so we did not use it. Not sure when it was cleaned last. The only other comment is there were not enough sheets and pillow cases for all bedrooms. The last bedroom is actually a pull out couch and we did not have sheets to put on the bed or pillow cases for the pillows we found in the closet. We would stay here again, but would love the hot tub to be cleaned and enough towels and sheets.

Nicely furnished and well appointed.

Great house in a great location, close to downtown and on the Tetherow property. It slept 10 relatively comfortably - had to share a few beds. Wouldn’t recommend it for groups larger than 10. Everything was well maintained, clean and as advertised. I would definitely rent this house again.

We enjoyed our week in this beautiful home that is well-appointed and comfortable. It is thoughtfully decorated and feels very homey. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, appliances, and utensils. The bathrooms are up-to-date and clean. The beds are surprisingly comfortable and the dual air conditioners work really well to keep stable temps. There are many nice additions including the wonderful smelling hand soap, high end small appliances, and very tasteful decorating that made it all feel special. It was an incredibly hot week, so it was disappointing when we realized we could not use the pools as resort amenities are not included and the owners pool is off limits. (Normally would not have been an issue.) The weather also left us longing for a functional ice machine. There are a few tricks to things that could be better explained, like how to lock the doors (pull the handle up) and use the fire pit. We would also have welcomed additional lounge seating on the deck, which is a beautiful place to sit and read the paper or look at the stars. Overall, we had a great stay in this lovely home and highly recommend it!

Plenty of room for a big family. Well-supplied for cooking at home. Very comfortable. One downstairs room has less ventilation on hot days, but the rest of the home is wonderfully open and airy.

A few things about the house you should be aware of... 1 the toilet/seat to upstairs bedroom over garage is loose 2 we were unable to lower a few window shades after opening 3 we couldn't figure out how to turn on the oven 4 the left door of the refrigerator must be pushed hard to close 5 after the air filter to the heater was changed the heater was noticeably louder. None of these things mentioned above disturbed our pleasant stay at the house. Thank you, Marva Semet
