The only thing I did like was the location.

First thing was no staff seemed to know what an all inclusive is. When asked details about what is all inclusive no staff seemed to know what it included. They then tried to charge me for my meals until I made a complaint which then it was fixed up. The second part was the service was really off and not up to standards. For example the kids club person who signed my kid in was on her phone in the other room doing nothing as it was just myself looking after my kid there. She then after 20 mins comes to the room where I am in and says we need to leave because she needs to have lunch and needs to close the club. Even other little things where I can go on all day. The third thing was the place needs renovating and the back near the pool smells like sewage. This place has so much potential but I feel it had been neglected.

Нам забыли вернуть залог, а мы вспомнили про него по дороге в аэропорт, пришлось возвращаться. В ресторане Blue Monkey не очень вкусно, но очень дорого.

Местоположение, сказочно красивый пляж. Большая и ухоженная территория. Вкусные и разнообразные блюда на завтрак. Внимательный персонал.

Не забывайте про залог, нам пришлось возвращаться за ним.

The stuff is the best in this hotel, the resort is amazing!!! you will not regret.

the hotel located a little bit far from the main Chaweng location but you can take a taxi, not a problem

not what you expect for 5 star more 3 Location is good away from the hustle, the beach is amazing! The staff are very good … The breakfast and restaurant were very good

Not 5 star the beach section not enough chairs ,chairs are old .. this is a problem if you want to lie on the beach ! Rooms are old and worn , bed terrible Bathrooms are old .. not what you expect for 5 star The hotel needs to pick up there game .. we paid for A better room it was disappointing

The property's location is pretty good, lots of places are close by and accessible. Staff was pleasant and helpful, and the very underrated spa, got a good offer while making reservations through the hotel.

Little things that I didnt like, expect more from a property like this. Room service tray/plates were outside the room from night to next day late afternoon, the aircon in the room was either very strong or very weak, breakfast spread was nice, but not what you would expect from a 5-star property.
