Das Personal und der Pool waren einfach überragend. Super kinderfreundlich und immer jemand greifbar. Frühstück war bisher das Beste in Thailand. Lage zentral aber nicht laut.

Die Zimmer sind als Familie etwas klein für den Preis den man bezahlt. Die anderen Getränke und Speisen sind außerhalb des Frühstücks etwas teuer. Wir hätten mehr getrunken wenn es etwas ähnlicher zu den Preisen draußen gewesen wäre.

Great location: Relative quiet, but everything you need in walking distance: restaurants, disco, shopping mall with a lot of attractions for kids, good massage on the beach. Staff: hospitable and service oriented. Nice with kids. Very professional. Great organization: Thursday dinner with grill and fire show; Cool Christmas Party; nice decorations.

Air conditioner: it takes some time to configure for the night sleep.

Rundum war es ein toller Aufenthalt, super Frühstück sauberes Zimmer und freundliches Personal! Die Lage ist auch gut, nur 5 Minuten zum großen Shopping Center. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Größe der Zimmer - da haben wir für weniger Geld schon größere Zimmer gehabt. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Amazing location on a beautiful beach with lots of beautiful green trees and plants. Spacious rooms with good air con. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout. Tasty food, good breakfast. Very clean.

We enjoyed our stay and were said to leave. Very good breakfast, beautiful beach and we loved drinking cocktails in the pool with direct view on the ocean. We will definetely come back. Great, friendly and helpful staff.

Pool loungers were reserved by guests very early so that we could only have some at the beach (what we liked even more but for others it could be a disadvantage).

Location is close to center just 5-7 min walking distance. Housekeepers coming two times a day which was very helpful. I saw they clean the pool it was nice to witness .We had late check out they helped us to shower later on and gave us private service to airport .They got all stars with this behavior.

Definitely we disappointed with kevins bar. Stuff doesn’t speak english well it was so hard to communicate. Stuff are kind in general except Kevin bars we didnt like it so much..It is very quite bar. We prefered to sit beach part and it was no one on this side , it takes time to order from there. Also there is no music its so silent we couldn’t enjoy it. They need to improve this part a lot. So if u wanna dance enjoy this is not for u They accept kids. We couldn’t enjoy a lot when we wanna use swimming pool. We didnt know this part if u re couple and have no kids maybe u need to know this part. We wanted to sit next to pool at night and enjoy environment but they close it every night. we couldn’t understand this part. You hear “kick boxs annocument from hotel. it s non stop and really annoying. it s not related to hotel but management should complain about this i think.

We loved this resort, it has such a lovely feel. The resort setting is very lush with a horizon pool that overlooks the beach. Our room was lovely and modern with a beautiful outlook. the resort location is perfect.

We had to move rooms during our stay because we had made a second booking. The room had no outlook and it was dark and wasn't quite the same standard as the first room. it was also more noisy being closer to reception and the street

hotel Location was great, breakfast included had many options. We booked the 2 bedroom private pool villa which was a nice treat with uninterrupted beach views.

Lack of privacy in the outdoor/ pool areas of the 3 private pool Villas at the resort. They are side by side with no effective privacy screening from each other so you are directly looking at neighbours.

Banana fan sea is beautiful and clean. The staff are amazing and so helpful and lovely, we cannot wait to visit again!! Would especially recommend the beach bbq!

The resort is well located on the best part of Chaweng Beach. Our beach front villa was exactly what we wanted. The resort is set amongst beautiful gardens. The pool has a modern design with a swim up bar. The pool is well maintained. The staff at the hotel were excellent.

The only minor thing was service at Kevin's bar was sometimes a little slow

Comfortable beds. Swimming pool next to the beach. Good location: on the Main Street of the city lining up with restaurants, massage parlors; walking distance (15 minutes) to Central Samui where there is a shopping mall.

The first night when we arrived, we found out when sleeping that the beddings (blankets & sheets) were not clean (had very bad smells). Next morning, I called receptionist, talked with Tracie to ask for clean ones . She told housekeeping staff to bring us new sheets & blankets immediately.

This place is just amazing. The pool, the access at the beach, the room and the whole setting is just magical. The restaurant was also an incredible discovery, from breakfast to dinner never stopped to impress us. Definitely a place I would recommend to everyone visiting Koh Samui.

Loved this place - beautiful resort in a great location. It’s away from the main action so is nice and quiet and the staff were absolutely fantastic. Lovely place, lovely people.
