Old 5 star hotel in the nowhere.. to expensive! Only mass tourists from Russia and China … no class

To be honest for the price? Nothing Unless the room is pretty, but it’s a horrible fabric with loud mass tourism and terrible croud of no class ppl

The resort was enormous. The pools were amazing with beautiful views of the ocean. Rooms were immaculately clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Restaurants and bars offered lots of different choice.

There was nothing I didn’t like

Amazing property .. beautifully located. Its a very property woth all facilities and near to centre as well. Good Indian restaurants are available at 10 min distance. The room was big and comfortable.

The rooms were really nice and I really enjoyed the warm hospitality they have with the customer service. I ordered room service almost every night and it was a great experience every single time.

Pool was nice

Restaurant posted hours of operation was inaccurate. We went to dine at the Japanese restaurant and the closing hours was 10:30pm. We arrived at 9pm and was told that the listed hours on hotel brochure was changed since Covid. The hotel was really far from Pattaya activities and we had to take taxi and tuk-tuk everywhere which added additional cost to stay. The hotel room was old and outdated. The desk service was friendly but we had to call several times to report issues with our room before someone checked on us. We was there on holiday and did not know there was a no flip flop or tank top dress code for breakfast at the main restaurant. We did not know the gym was located in another building on their large campus and had to take golf cart shuttle to work out, this was extremely annoying. The hotel did not have any night life and you were forced to go into Pattaya to listen to music and have drinks in the evening.

It was nice hotel, with numerous facilities

My wife & I unfortunately came down with food poisoning from the first meal we consumed in the main restaurant & we were very I’ll for the entire stay. On the first evening we visited the Breezeo restaurant, where firstly it took 20 minutes to place an order, only after approaching staff & requesting a waiter. Approximately 45 minutes later our food was served, with only a maximum of 10 tables. One morning I went for breakfast & I could not make any selections, where the variety was numerous, but catering just for local taste.

Staffs at cashier during check out time. Long queue with lots of people but need to manage much better. I booked through booking.com with high hotel rate per day at 6,002B with earlier payment. I also noticed in advance for checking out time with no additional cost but still needs to be in the queue for 15 mins. Just for a minute saying to the client that there is no additional cost, then you can leave. So unprofessional!
