Cleaning, facilities are great

Everything. Third time in one year here. Everything exceptional, from food, facilities, personell, entertainment team. Best sweets in an all inclusive resort... ever...I had to struggle to stay away!:)) Congrats to all the team for the hard work!

Everything was at its best

My little girl had scratched her eye (the ocular globe) during the first hour of our stay, with the plastic all inclusive bracelet she was put on at the reception at the check in. I do not consider that it was necessary for kids so little 1,5 - 2 yrs old

the staff is polite, the beach is just in front the hotel.

The quality of the food and beverage is extremely low. It was very difficult to find something dissent to eat. The atmosphere in the restoration is depressing.

Great food, wide variety. Clean and very close to the beach.

I was dissapointed by the staff on several occasions. For example, the bar staff: on a few occasions while I was ordering while nobody else around me they would prepare my order while talking to other staff members in Bulgarian and looking at me. I find that disrespectful. If I said thank you the would not say anything back. Most of them don’t speak English that well either. The reception staff: I asked for example how long will the PCR results take ( as they organize these in the hotel) and I was told 2 hours, when that was actually the other test. Also I had to exchange money: I was given no receipt, the receptionist gave me leva from his own wallet, at the exchange rate he desired. If you want to buy anything from the shops it’s all cash and all leva, so be prepared. The rooms have a good size but they are very old: furniture, matresses, bath.. everything. The entrances and exits to the beach and pool are not properly indicated, one needs to discover them alone. The pool outside was too cold for us, as we went in September, but we were counting on the indoor pool which was supposed to be heated. The water there was also cold. The Italian restaurant: don’t bother. We had a reservation for the night before leaving: not much to choose from. We were expecting pasta, etc, not the case. Better to stick to the main one, the Italian is also bufet stile.

The hotel is clean, its surroundings are beautiful, the staff is nice and there is order and tidiness. We would definitely recommend this hotel and return sometime. The beach is clean, beautiful, and well organised, too. We had a great time here and we are thankful for everything.

The food was tasty, most of it, but there wasn't a variety of choices and some food wasn't always fresh or some dishes didn't always taste good. However, the food in the Italian restaurant was delicious and we enjoyed the time spent there :-)

Dated furniture and facilities, the beverages are low quality(full of syrups and colorants), to enter the restaurant you have to walk a labirinth. Overall, a nice experience!
