The location of our room up 3 flights of stairs along a corridor then down 4 flights of stairs was totally unacceptable due to my wife's disability Also we were starving on the Sunday tea time only to be told the resturant was closed at 5 pm ?

used to stay regularly for work but not stayed for some time due to covid. They had put me in the basement room which is known to have poor Wi-Fi. I asked if they could find me an alternative room as I needed to work and they kindly upgraded me. the staff member on reception was very helpful, friendly and kind. I chose to eat in the bar - food was very good and plentiful

Room has too much furniture in and badly placed, wardrobe impedes doorway to bathroom. Armchair blocks full length mirror. Lamp and armchair unnecessary. Round mirror reflects lights from bed. Both mirrors on same wall. Too hot in room even with heating off. Wardrobe too big and in bad place. Needs interior re-thinking.

Everything was blown out off the water will defo be spread the word about this place

Cold buffet breakfast we only booked here now a few times because the breakfast served to you yet again decided to do buffet and cold food

Location was perfect for the beach etc and convenient for the Stadium of Light and City Centre. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent. I will stay there again. Thanks.

Some Local Cask and/or Craft Beers on Draught would be nice.

was in a good location, overlooking the sea.

we got out in what I can only describe as a dungeon. right down on the bottom floor next to the kitchen. all we could hear was crashing doors opening and closing we never slept through the night. Had requested a late checkout and was never told about the surcharge which wasn’t a problem however a heads up would have been nice when I emailed the hotel about it. one last thing the room was freezing no heating and no extra blanket. such a shame I look forward to nights away and feel as though this one has been tarnished.
