Breakfast was lovely, busy but then we went at peak time .

Nothing - Breakfast was terrible, We are so upset because we have stayed before and it was beautiful hence why we booked again. The options for breakfast are halved and you can see that money is being saved. Beds - terrible, my husband still has a bad back now. Room lovely and clean. The shower head only dribbled and we had to get this replaced. The sofa bed was so broken it couldn't be pulled out at all. Really disappointed. We cant afford to go away for weekend and had to save money to afford this weekend away and i wished we hadn't bothered.

Breakfast was terrible. Cooked breakfast was poor, the eggs like powder, all stone cold. No James, marmite, nutella or anything for the toast. The juice was so watered down i heard 5 other tables complaining, horrendous. I will be formally complaining and asking for some money back. Used to be lovely but now not at all.

Not much variety. As I ate just sausage and toast, I don’t drink milk plus soya Milk. I don’t drink juices. Only almond milk.

Dinner nothing . I don’t eat curry chicken and pizza as it was the only menu. On Friday. I went to the petrol station to buy cheese and onion Crips for my dinner. And drink warm water. Next time will order my meals on line

Breakfast wasn't so good this time. Didn't like the scrambled egg. It was powdered egg. Much prefer a fried egg

It was well situated. The room was great, large. The bathroom had fluffy adult sized towels, always a bonus. Staff were pleasant, welcoming, and helpful.. Breakfast was generous. There was a long walk to room, which was unexpected, but I'm sure the extra steps didn't do us any harm 😅

Major drawback: As with a few places, there was no real ale at the bar, either pumps or bottles/cans

Room we had was very large, bathroom was modern and clean. Bed was comfortable.

Paying for parking. Location meant nothing round about you can walk to (not central which was fine as we knew that). Breakfast wasn’t the best and had to ask for more cups / glasses / milk as none left (we probably went at a busy time). Stair area smelled. Hall smaller nice.

Smelly and oat things in the room did not work

The shower wasn't enjoyable as the floor was soaked when used surely this can't be good for the fabric of the building

Breakfast was good. Staff was lovely. Room was a good size.

Dog in the breakfast bar area without a lead. Adult was told no dog allowed in this area. The next day was the same thing. Sign need to be clearly displayed.
