Good security to rooms including the pool area. Live music finished at a reasonable time. Good value menu in attached bar. Happy hour. Spacious room with fridge for cold water. Central location handy to Hop On - Hop Off bus and Waterfront restaurants.

The female dorm at the back with 3 beds was good but the girls room you have to walk through to get to that bit absolute stunk of strong smelling food for the whole 3 days. Kitchen fridges could do with a clean out

Good distance from the airport, it had everything you needed to a comfortable level. I appreciated the toiletries, tea making facilities and cold water in the fridge! Small details that have a great impact!

It wasn’t super clear/easy to find the room, but one of the staff member’s helped me locate it in the end.

NOISY....NOISY... NOISY Poor room amenities (no wardrobe) Put in disabled room so bathroom floor always wet. No where for our batgroom stuff so had to use had chair from bedroom Toilet lid broken Room service poor- 2 days before checkout noted stain on cover. NOT CHANGED Friends couldn't even open their room - faulty lock - staff wouldn't fix Overall, not worth the money we paid by a long shot

The location and friendliness of the staff was phenomenal. Joy Joy went out of her way to help out both before I arrived (to facilitate a late night checkin) and whilst I was there.

The rooms are part of a pub complex so you do hear the noise but go with that expectation and it’s ok. Great food and live music at outside bar

Bed wasn’t ideal

Stayed in the female dorm. Two rooms with three people in each. Clean room, comfy bed. Nice pool. Good location. Good value for money!

Room right next to the bar, but live music stooped at 10pm every night, so all good

The staff, meals, music

Car parking, a lift would be great struggles walking up the stairs with my belongings, bigger coffee mugs.

Clean and suitable location for what o had to do. The entertainment is great.

wanting to sleep in but the pool opens at 7am and people talking just outside the room is crystal clear.
