Personalen var väldigt bra och omsorgen kändes genuin. Läget var perfekt; lugnt område med nära till Notting Hill och Kensington Park. Mycket prisvärt. Fick hjälp med bättre rum när jag bad om det. Min 10 åriga dotter tyckte mycket om hotellet och personalen.

Sängen var knallhård och vattentrycket saknade karaktär.

The air conditioning was way too loud and it was impossible to keep it off since the room was so stuffy and hot. Didn’t get good sleep as a result. The room is very small.

Noisy room. Some kind of generator was right outside the window and it kept us from having a great sleep in the lovely bed.

Professional hotel management; clean and nice rooms; convenient location of Bayswater/ Queensway stations, Park Kensington Gardens is nearby. A good place to stay for holidays or work trip.

Location, clean and very friendly staff

On arrival we were surprised with a free update to club room and this made the whole stay so much better. The room had so more space than our original room. Everything was clean and nice. Comfy bed, good bathroom, free water and some fruit. We also tried breakfast one morning, for 12 pounds there were a lot of choices. The hotel is close to 3 different tube stations and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Bigger streets with shops and cafes are 5 minutes walk away.

There was some noise coming from inner courtyard but as we were quite high up, it didn´t disturb much. I guess it would if your room windows were next to the noise.

The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the nearest tube station which is perfect and Hyde Park is just as close. The staff were amazing, they were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and tidy, the amenities were great, they had a fridge, microwave, safe, everything you could want. The hotel is nice and quiet although if you wanted a drink in the evening there is a pub at the end of the road on the opposite side.

The only issue we had was there is only one small lift so we used to stairs on the last day with our luggage as it kept going past floor one but we didn’t mind using the stairs.

Windows not always optimal

A small cozy hotel in a quiet area with good transport accessibility. The windows of my room overlooked the square. There is also a park very close by. The staff is very helpful. You can quickly heat the room to a comfortable temperature. A room of 15 sq m is probably not enough for two, but it is quite suitable for one person. It is convenient that there is a microwave in the room. The bed is very comfortable

Nice part of town, nicely presented building, all okay. Not too expensive. Staff all very friendly and helpful, especially welcome after a long journey. Bonus was that the building outside our room was being renovated and had some sort of generator going intermittently so we asked for a change of rooms and as soon as one became available we were moved. No fuss, no stress. There was also a good pub 100 yards away to round off our nights.

Rooms were a bit on the small side, but because of everything else we didn't mind because it was good value in an expensive part of town with friendly helpful people.
