During my recent stay, I was truly impressed by the level of service and attention to detail that this hotel provided. To my surprise and delight, I was informed that I had been upgraded to the penthouse suite, which was a magnificent and spacious accommodation with stunning views of the city. The room itself was elegantly decorated with premium furnishings and amenities, including a comfortable king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a large soaking tub and a separate shower, as well as high-end toiletries. Throughout my stay, the staff at Buckingham & Lloyds went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. Whether I needed recommendations for local restaurants or help with arranging transportation, the staff was always willing and able to assist me. The location of the hotel was also ideal, situated in a quiet and convenient area, yet close to many of London's most popular attractions. great staff and very friendly ideal local for park as we had our dog with us and the staff made him feel very welcome

we hired the pug apartment and the bedroom windows are very noisy to outside traffic and the beds are terrible and could do with been replaced. also my wife complained of lack of sockets and lighting for getting ready and make up
