VERY CLEAN VERY GOOD HOSTS GREAT LOCATION

Bedroom was a fair size and nice and clean.

When we arrived to book in the owners started shouting/arguing with each other from the bottom of the stairs and what was our room on the first floor discussing our booking, we felt very uncomfortable, also their dogs were running around!! Our en-suite was disappointingly very small and you had to leave the door open to be able to use the sink properly. Breakfast: entry to the breakfast room is done in two sittings due to their COVID policies, we were the second sitting and we were delayed due to these policies and unfortunately our breakfast was served cold on both days which I did not eat, no feed back was asked for by the owners and I felt that they really did not want it!! Parking at the rear of the property is a problem if the property is full as you have to park two cars deep, therefore if you go out leaving your car at the property and another guest wishes to leave with their car they cannot do so! We felt that our stay was overpriced for what we got.

Nothing to dislike

The hosts were very inviting and friendly. Very good breakfast. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were very clean. Would thoroughly recommend. You can easily walk to the beach and town in about 20mins.

Being on the ground floor. Friendly staff. Cooked breakfast was excellent.

The room wasnt really big enough for a couple and wardrobe space was inadequate . More variety at breakfast e.g fresh fruit.

The cleanliness, immaculate. Great breakfast. Covid aware, and catered for, social distancing etc at breakfast. Bedding super clean and fresh.

Should have booked a downstairs room, top 2 sets of stairs are fairly steep but that was my error when booking

The breakfast was excellent plenty of choice . We found the location was a bit far from the town, this was soon sorted by the local bus service . ( bus pass holders ) .

The breakfast's were very good. A good selection and freshly cooked. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. A really enjoyable stay.

The parking spot saved for certain guests we had to keep moving car to accommodate them don’t know why thought we all paid the same but cones put out for them not us poor from management very rude from certain guests

Good position. Easy access to sea front and town centre, restaurants etc. Clean, comfortable guest house adhering to all covid regs. Great food.

What not to like. Clean, comfortable accomodation with good food. Walking distance to sea and town centre.
