Workshop was in hotel conference room, so able to stay at the hotel was great. Luncheon choice for the workshop was excellent. Staff at reception friendly and very helpful in correcting our car park error.

Shower curtain over bath. Could be updated to glass / Perspex panel

Location, availability

We needed accomodation for emergency hospital visit. Requested early checkin and front desk said they would call when room is available. They did not call and we were too late for hospital operation prep. When we did access room, fridge did not work. It was later fixed by attentive duty manager. Disappointed that at this room price drinking water was additional charge.

The spacious rooms , two TVs, a large bath, and a fabulous shower head . The room service was awesome ... thank you, we will be back! Complimentary tea , coffee, and water , thank you 😊

The tap in the bath should be at the end of the bath , hard to get in and out of the bath with tap in the middle... I think the entrance of the hotel should be a drop-off area for checking in . Which would be easier for travellers, maybe another entrance to the hotel for luggage 🧳

Great heater, comfortable beds. The meal we had down stairs in their restaurant was amazing. The breakfast was pretty good too. Parking only $6

My room was right next to cleaners room Was woken very early morning by loud noise & that continued on for the remainder of the morning.

Very clean & bed extremely comfortable. Fantastic location, walking distance to town.

The breakfast in the dining room was terrible, cold & not professionally cooked or presented, very disappointing.

Rooms a little older than expected but overall comfortable.

we got a parking permit which we paid for and wasn’t able to park in the car park as all the parks were taken, we ended up having to park on the street. Also need a better space for the mini bar and kettle instead of under the tv.

We thought there was a pool, photos were a little misleading. However leisure centre is nearby

the property is central clean and the staff seem nice

I asked for a late checkout which they was possible, so instead of 10, it was 11. at 1004 the phone rang I didn’t answer, then 1011 there was a knock on the door asking when I was checking out. not very impressed about that

The location is central. Stayed there for one night, close to the city, and easy access to the airport. Reception is open 24x7, which worked well for us, since our flight was arriving late at night.
