It was affordable and had a bar on floor level

The vibe when you walk through the front door. I had a few elderly men stare at me the whole time I was checking in and then when I was shown my room they were showing another guest his. Being a solo traveller I didn't really like the other person knowing which room I was in.

The accommodation was exceptional and so was the staff.

picked the wrong time to shower, no hot water then no water at all.

Exceptional place to stay. Your own room, own bathroom even if it isn't an ensuite room. Clean comfortable beds and respectable service. Shout out to the cleaners for they do a great job. Unlike many other places in Launceston. Only drawbacks are a little cold sometimes, perhaps best to have softer warmer blanket options or heaters and some doors are sticky and hard to shut easily. Fantastic location and great cosy street views. Highly recommended for accommodation in Launceston. Will be returning often for my business and personal trips. It's a great place for both. Even has down stairs bar and restaurant options.

A little cold may be good to have alternative heating options or blankets (the one there was dusty and itchy not helpful to me)

House mate should come very day to clean the room and fresh towels! What is normal ! Doesn't matter what there room price is!

Staff very good an obliging. Meals were excellent. Manager for that nite was awesome.

The stairs. Not wide enough to carry luggage. Overnight is ok but when your moving on from there not so good with large suitcases.

We were rushed out with 15mins left before our check out.

sporties was easy to find. close to hospital. very clean, bed great. great bar and food was outstanding.

The only thing was the rooms were upstairs and the bathroom wasn’t in your room, but down the hall. did have your own bathroom though.

so noisy with the busy traffic and pub down stairs. room was so bright in the morning. hard to sleep. Ventilation was bad. open windows only gets vehicle exhaust. Room smell stuffy. Some staff weren’t that nice and helpful.
