Clean and friendly staff, location

Comfy chair or two for sitting in would be ideal or a small table and couple of chairs

The restaurant had a good menu walking distance to cafes and small restaurants,supermarkets

Very Quiet and the breakfast was excellent

Lights in room were very dull

Slightly out of the city centre but only a short walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. Room was quiet and clean. Comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom, a walk in shower and excellent water pressure. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Onsite free parking is a bonus. Frequent visitors to Launceston and this is usually our hotel of choice.

Our stays here are always very enjoyable but others may find some aspects a little dated eg the orange furnishings.

A short walk to the city, room was clean and Tidy, overall was Pretty Good.

Stayed in the King Spa Room with a view, however the view is mainly of the LGH and Car Park. No City View really, Not really a Great View for the Price of stay

Breakfast was great. Room clean and tidy.

Bed very hard for us. Blind did not fully cover the window when fully closed. You could see into the room at night through the gap at the bottom of the blind from the car park.
