Very close to bus and train links.

Shower had a lot of mould in the grout. Came back to room late one afternoon and found a used spoon with rice on it in the sink. Very random. I had not used a spoon or eaten rice.

The location was perfect, staff were great. Pool was really good. We had to check out earlier than our flight home and the reception were very accommodating

Our room was recently refurbished, clean and excellently decorated. Housekeeping staff were very efficient and front of house could not have been more welcoming and helpful.

Street noise. Very very loud. Need double glazing. At night we were woken a lot by people calling out to eachother, cars, sirens etc. need better window insulation.

Location was excellent! Staff were friendly and helpful! Thank you ladies! Room was clean and comfy! View from our balcony was nice! Getting there was easy!

The room definitely needs an upgrade in furniture and decor. The parking is strange, small and limited. IF you have a 4wd or truck or van, check the height measurements!

the bed was not comfortable

The hotel is very close to shops, Wynyard train station and only 10 minute walk to Circular Quay. It was great to have such a big apartment with full kitchen. The pool area is fabulous. The bed was very comfortable. We had a long balcony across lounge room and bedroom looking over city. We also had two TV's with some foxtel channels. Wished we'd had a longer stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The air-conditioning didn't seem to work well when trying to cool room in afternoon sun. Thought it was funny having so many paintings on the walls and the clown one in the bedroom was a bit spooky!!

The furniture was old and dirty. I requested a better outlook but they didn’t accommodate me.

The apartment was excellent, spacious, clean and comfortable.

The furniture (tables, side desks etc) desparately needs replacing. Incredibly dated. The kitchen sink tap needs attention and the plug doesn't seal.

it was central and easy walk to the Harbour and city . the train station and tram is very close .

the sliding doors in the balcony did not lock , but no big deal as we were in the upper floor no one can get into the property .

Great location central to all places I wished to see accommodation was quiet and very comfortable with great view bed was very comfortable kitchen was well appointed and easy to use good sized refrigerator

The location suited our group very well as we had booked your facility to be close to Circular Quay to meet the cruise ship.

DIRTY BED SHEETS REQUESTED LATE CHECKOUT DURING BOOKING PROCESS ON BOOKING.COM. WAS TOLD IT WAS NOTED AND TO BE DISCUSSED WITH RECEPTION AT CHECK IN. UPON CHECKIN WAS TOLD TO CALL RECEPTION AT 9 AM IN THE MORNING AND ASK IF LATE CHECKOUT WAS AVAILABLE. WHATS THE POINT IN LATE CHECK OUT IF YOU NEED TO WAKE UP AT 9AM ON A SUNDAY TO POSSIBLY JUST BE TOLD THAT LATE CHECKOUT IS NOT AVAILABLE? I DIDNT EVEN BOTHER. WE JUST LEFT AT 10AM THIS PLACE IS NON ACCOMODATING, STAFF ARE RUDE TALKING AMONGST THEMSELVES AS IF YOU WHERE NOT EVEN STANDING AT THE RECEPTION DESK WAITING TO CHECKIN. ALMOST $400 PER NIGHT. CAN NOT RECOMEND.

Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Spacious studio apartment and loved the heated spa and pool. Great proximity to The Rocks and Barangaroo. We would love to come back.
