On the day of arrival, we got to the hotel around 5 pm but still our hotel room wasn’t available …

The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean and the view from our room was amazing! We loved the location - so close to everything whilst Vivid was on. We had such easy access to all public transport and loved the bars and lounges at the hotel for a late night drink after the theatre or Vivid experiences. Would definitely stay here again!

Busy reception and luggage storing a little awkward.

Check in was smooth and effortless. Concierge where helpful and efficient. Breakfast was excellent staff great. Coffee was great too. My wife loved the availability of a take away coffee at breakfast as cannot eat and drink at same time. Highly recommend this hotel

We reserved harbor view but didn't get any view at all. There is a bit of construction around hotel but that's not the hotel problem; staff was very nice at all times.

Given apology in advance that 1 of 5 lifts was being repaired. EVERY TIME we - and others- had to wait many minutes - even 10 or more and many times when a lift came it was crowded. If 4 of 5 lifts were supposedly working ie 80% lift availability then something is hugely wrong.

Location is unbelievably good for tourism. Short stroll to everything. Amazed that there was an actual driveway in the CBD fantastic for a family driving. Makes picking up and dropping off the vehicle so easy. (The charge is steep but it is Sydney CBD.) The hotel is beautifully kept and housekeeping were very efficient and thorough. Room comfort was fabulous. Beds very comfortable.

1) Lifts were reduced making 'morning peak' unbelievably difficult. 2) Tried to get dinner in the restaurant one night at 7:45 and was told "Sorry, we've set up for breakfast". Had to go out for a burger. 3) On departure requested my car be brought out. did not have the stub but was told "that's fine, I'll let them know". This didn't happen. 15 minutes later we checked out. 10 minutes more wait. Checked with the gent fetching cars. He had not been advised. Was told "There's 2 in front of you" 20 minutes more wait. Not a great departing memory.

Excellent place to stay. The room was awesome, staff was awesome, the bar, and restaurants was excellent. We talked to them about a taxi to the airport the next morning. They arranged it and the ride was the best! Access to the Harbour and a lot of nice restaurants.

Det låg väldigt bra till, vi kom från kryssning så jättenära Overseas Passenger Terminal OPT. Vi fick låna nyckel till loungen gratis på våning 6 för dusch och lite kaffe innan vi åkte till flyget mot kvällningen. Väldigt trevlig frukost med lite småvarmt, olika bröd av diverse slag, frukt, godis, juicer, flingor och pålägg. På frukosten blev man tilldelade sitt bord och man fick en kanna kaffe el te etc till bordet. Kylskåp fanns och vattenflaskor på rummet varje dag. Hårfön och strykbräda. Vi bodde i ett king rum, jättesköna sängar. Härlig utepub och café på bottenvåningen. Personalen var väldigt tillmötesgående.

Clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring and enjoying downtown Sydney.

A bit pricey. Their restaurants and bars were somewhat disjointed. Bar on lower level had primarily outdoor seating (raining) but also served lounge area on the next higher floor, which adjoined their primary restaurant. We waited quite a while for service since the lounge wasn’t visible from the bar area.

The lobby and amenities and the comfortable bed anddddd the free upgrade and proper early check in! The round the clock room service is impressive too. Competes with 4/5 star stays.

I didn’t like that there was not a shuttle service to and from the airport.

No me gustó que al recibimiento al llegar No acompañaron hasta el piso de nuestra habitación.Me hospedo siempre en hoteles de lujo y acompañan con las maletas hasta la habitación . No me gustó que pidan depósito de garantía aunque luego lo devolverían. Deben pensar en q llega gente de otras partes del mundo y los enchufes de la corriente son diferentes, estos no sé adaptaban muy bien a mi artefacto de peinado.
