From the moment we arrived in the car park, the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with every facility you would need. Lovely bedding, an amazing power shower and very well thought out rooms.

Breakfast was too expensive for what was offered. My room below reception area suffered from overhead clip clop of passing pedestrians in lobby. Also very noisy staff using their entrance outside my bedroom door.

the guests in the room next door partied between 1 am and 4 am and we got no sleep we had to call the night manager to get them to shut up . they took some money off our bill but quite frankly not much as still added on parking and mini bar . the night manager knew the guests had friends back to their room and should have stopped them .

Still the best hotel in the city centre for me!

Just wish they’d upgrade the TV’s to smart ones, so you can get Netflix etc. They have nice Sony Bravia’s but they got no apps on.

We booked a garden terrace room which was as described. Table and chairs on the terrace which was nice as the weather was good. They have moved the restaurant into the bar since our last stay which I think is better. The breakfast was very good quality and the service excellent. The location is very good being in the city centre but tucked away near the park. Nottingham is short of good hotels so I would say this is probably the best you will find

I would have liked a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. There was a good range of teas but I feel a coffee machine would add to the customer experience
