Location and view

Lack of glasses, plates, microwave, ice.

It was conveniently located.

The bed and pillows. No mattress protector and wrong sized bottom sheet that didn’t reach or tuck in. 2 different types of pillow. Both dreadful. No replenishing of tea bags. After first night 1 glass mysteriously disappeared. Asked for another. Did don’t get one. Very noisy sliding doors to balconies like they need new rollers and people were going out all through the night. I’m guessing to smoke.

Location and view good. Comfortable bed.

No bathroom commodities, why do they persist with bath/shower set up.

Room was okay. comfortable and clean

Breakfast was appalling. scrambled eggs were like soup. Barely cooked. with no other egg option. limited pastries or fruit. Bacon was barely cooked and sausages were awful. They changed $28 for this. iI ended up going to the coffee club down the street. cheaper and edible. much nicer.

The room was a good size, with new carpet & balcony.

the bathroom is yet to be renovated & mixing water in the shower was very problematic.

Staff very helpful, room was excellent and location was perfect.

Good location for easy transfer to the airport. Room was nice and located on a high floor away from noise. Check in was quick and easy and with 24 hour reception getting away early was simple.

There wasn't any options for in room dining. Other than that, there was nothing negative to say.

The view was great

It was very small, and there wasn't a kitchen, seems a bit odd to me. And it wasn't cleaned very well as there was alot of things still dusty and even someone's old razor lid still in the shower, there was a big stain on our bed sheet and on the counter below the tv. Also the charging port on the left lamp doesn't work properly. We were in room 806.

we paid and upgraded to a river view which was very disappointing, also the bathroom had a shower in the bath.
