Location was great for what we required We had a nice view of the river & bridge Nice river walk close with easy flat paths Good easy location to get to a variety of restaurants Could see that renovations are underway which will be good once completed Easy after hours check in available Had toaster, Microwave and Working Fridge which was helpful.

Booked a King Deluxe Room and it was two single beds pushed together with one mattress higher than the other. Not that comfortable. One of the mattresses was not in good condition & sinking making a uncomfortable sleeping arrangement. Room services were only completed during week. We arrived on a Thursday and left on a Monday with no room services provided during this time.

I’m trying to think of something positive to say… The property had parking facilities. New management was nice and friendly.

Where do I begin… The property was absolutely abysmal. The room looked nothing like the photos and was dated and dirty. The bedside tables looked like they had been wiped with a greasy cloth, our bed was full of hair or pubes and we also found the remote control inside the bedding which suggests the bedding was not changed from pervious guest. The aircon was on its last legs and barely worked, the unit was filthy so we were stuck in a dirty stuffy room all night. The floor had pieces of rubbish laying around that suggested nobody had vacuumed. The mugs in our room were also dirty and stained, and the fridge had dirty stains in it, very disgusting! I definitely wouldn’t recommend this dump. I would of asked for a refund however the manager had just started a few days ago and I didn’t want to make her feel bad.

The location was terrible with heavy traffic noise 24/7. Very old dirty building with no soundproofing and no lift. Filthy carpets and water damage in bathroom with a couple of tiles slapped over the damage. Shower fittings were rusty. The room smelt awful, the only modern and reasonably clean area was the reception area.

Great basic room, quiet. In a great location close to our sporting event and to shops. Good wifi and my son loved the swimming pool. Great value for money.

Website said the room would have queen bed and single but only king size bed in room.
