It’s in the heart of the city

Too old and had to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor and too noisy at night until very late night.

The reservation team are always fantastic!! More than willing to help

moved rooms as the A/C was super loud... I do come from the country....

Liked nothing did not stay as could not find a parking space or entrance tried ringing and was told quite rudely they couldn’t take call couldn’t leave message call back later so we slept in car on side of the road not impressed as we are both in our 70s

The beds are always comfortable and air con was great. The room was a great size with access to the front verandah. I do enjoy the meals and entertainment at The Cri.

The lounge in my suite was exceptionally dirty, broken springs and should be disposed of. I wouldn't even use it for my pets. Bedspreads are still being used which makes me think of how much DNA evidence is on there. Everywhere else uses the triple sheet system. Very musty smell in room. A full length mirror would be great. Poor lighting in bathroom and bedside lampshade was wobbly. Yes, it's a beautiful old building and historic but some simple changes are warranted.
