Location is excellent, close to trams, trains and buses. Lovely suburb close to CBD. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was quiet and worked well.

Apartment is very tired and needs a lot of work done on it. Windows old, let a lot of traffic noise in and rattle in the wind (had to jam paper in then to stop rattle), all windows need completed replacement. TV so old it barely worked most of the time, wouldn't pick up any HD channels and the others would drop out most of the time. In the brochure it said rooms would be made up on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. in our 8 day stay room was never done no new towels, fortunately we got two for the week but in damp conditions that's not really enough. In room information was so old (like the TV) it said to dial a number for reception and cost of phone calls, there is not even a phone in the room, info needs updating.

no service during Easter long weekend. we were able to get towels and mats everyday especially since it was raining and we had a pet yo keep the floor dry.

The location is good and well serviced by regular transport to city by tram and bus with the train station only 5 minutes walk away. Lost of restaurants in walking distance.

The room was a little "tired" - frayed and worn furniture and carpet. Bath and bathroom grouting could do with a good clean. Quite a busy street outside and therefore very noisy.
