The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable

The music festival that was on right beside the hotel. We had no warning of this when booking, but got an email a few days before arriving. Of course by this point we couldn’t cancel the room without paying. The music was very very loud until 2am every night which made sleep pretty much impossible. The staff could have been a bit more welcoming and friendly too. For example we asked for an extra towel and were told very bluntly ‘no, we don’t give extra trowels’

Rooms lack a ceiling fan. It would have been appreciated as we were unable to sleep with the balcony door open due to noise generated by the annual festa happening in front of the hotel. While we enjoyed the festa and location of the hotel, the DJ music continues until 2am which is long past our bedtime.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. It was exceptionally clean and the location was excellent being opposite the natural pools. There was an honesty bar on the top floor which was well stocked and convenient. Breakfast was fantastic. All the staff (reception, dining room and cleaning staff) were extremely friendly and attentive.

The indoor pool needs urgent renovation. The coffee at the breakfast is not good.

We enjoyed our time very much, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is right next to a beautiful view at the ocean. We were pleasantly surprised that we could go to indoor swimming pool. Oh, and breakfast is also very good.
