Lovely hotel, very clean, nice food/restaurant, enough sun loungers, comfortable beds, nice big pool and friendly staff.

Location is quite far from beach and old town, though a courtesy bus is provided. Still awaiting £100 deposit for any breakages to transfer back into my account (only arrived home yesterday at this point though so hopefully it will be returned in next couple of days). €20 euro deposit for beach towels

Food was of poor quality. Loud music everywhere, nowhere to relax and chill. All inclusive drinks had poor choice and poor quality. Housekeeping standards weren't good. Towels were poor quality and changed once in a week. Issues with lift were dangerous. Issues with drainage in sink and shower. NOT FOUR STAR!

Very much enjoyed the food, so much choice and it was all very tasty. The bedrooms were very spacious and very clean as was the hotel.

Would have liked omelette for breakfast and tea also made available lunch time and evening, not just breakfast. The entertainment team worked very hard to keep everyone entertained, however, on our first night they put on a show - The Greatest Showman, which was fantastic!! Would have been nice to have more evenings like that, unfortunately there wasn't. Good entertainment for children.

We've liked the Spa, sauna and indoor pool, even though to use the Spa there is a daily charge. The food was good, even though it was not a wide selection of products. Wi-Fi was ok for browsing. Bed was comfy. Cleaning was done everyday, but the sheets weren't changed for the whole 5 days, 4 nights stay.

The kitchen in our room was smelly and outdated. Kept the door closed at all times. The furniture as well, outdated. We had the stay in one of the rooms that has not been updated yet. TV was mounted way to high on the wall. Too uncomfortable to watch it at night. No enough choice at breakfast, apart of English Breakfast. Coffee was bad and juices were from concentrate.

studio with pool view has not been renovated like the rest of the hotel. I have stayed here for over 7years and never been in these rooms.

The size of the room was very good as it had a bedroom, kitchen and was well placed with the pool view. Entertainment was very good and energetic. the best employee was actually a student on his last days who did everything he could to solve problems with the T.V..our first contact upon arriving was very helpful & polite. Restaurant staff was very polite and helpful.

Other than the young student most of the reception staff seemed bitter and not very friendly. Since they call this an all inclusive, be very careful when ordering drinks at the bar..the free alcohol drinks are from very unknown and obscure brands.( very cheap brands)..if you want a known brand it will cost you 5 Euro and the bars are not the best . The T.V. reception is pitiful...not that we went to watch T.V. but when you are going to bed and would like to catch up on news or watch a movie forget about it. Food was typical cafeteria style and they do not have a restaurant to give you an alternative.We went to restaurants offsite and paid for it. Parking if you have a car is " find it yourself and good luck" but free.

nothing was good here. low grade food (I got food poisoning), low grade rooms with loud music and horrible beds, sweet staff and grumpy staff, which makes it a zero. food was horrible drinks were terrible crowd was loud It was a shame I found this place, last minute, and I would never recommend, as it did not provide good sleep, bed, pillow, food or ambiance, and I am a seasoned traveler.

large open spaces, very clean. food was nice, got a bit repetitive after a week but couldn’t fault the food itself. well cooked and presented. something for everyone - I am gluten free and I had plenty of options. I was able to get gluten free bread in the morning also. restaurant staff were lovely. good entertainment there too, something for young and old!. pool was big and clean. free shuttle bus to the beach/old town. location is great as it’s close to everything but still feels quiet and secluded.

reception staff were quite unfriendly, not a great way to be introduced to the place! I was ‘ordered’ to pay my bill upfront rather than asked nicely. I was obviously going to do it either way but would have preferred to be asked. spa was way too expensive for what it was so I wouldn’t bother with it. lots of the sun loungers were broken. we didn’t get a towel (deposit needed again here, and if you lose the ticket you don’t get a refund even when you return the towel) or a bathrobe so it felt a bit cold and uncomfortable. there was no iron in the room and we got one from reception but had to pay a deposit to borrow it. the hairdryer in the room was the worst I’ve ever used so bring your own!

The room was spotless, very comfortable and large with a great balcony with a pool and sea view. The staff were all lovely and helpful, the food was fantastic with a wide selection of food and had vegetarian options, the hotel itself was beautiful inside, would highly recommend!
