The room was clean

Hallways badly in need of redecorating. Our bathroom was absolutely freezing and to make it worse, it was a bathroom for disabled use. quite shocking to think they thought it was in anyway suitable for a disabled person, I could not shower as it was so cold in there. Toilet also not suitable for someone unable to walk as it is right up against the wall with no space to manoeuvre if a person required assistance. It shows their lack of insight into people with disabilities which was an eye opener for me personally. The bedroom could also have done with redecorating. Marks on all the furniture and doors. We were told afterwards that they would have moved us to another room had we complained. I booked a double room, why was I put into a room apparently suited for a disabled person in the first place if there were other rooms available? The breakfast was like scraping the bottom of the barrel, pretty scarce for a full Irish. And a hair found in our egg for breakfast. But I will say the bar staff were lovely!! Very pleasant. My overall view is it is in serious need of some refurbishment and some new beds comfortable beds.

The car park was a little hard to find but once you find the property the staff do assist with this!

The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was more than enough. I always wanted to eat something from the buffet but I was full. It was perfect that there's a pub connected to the hotel (live music included). We were enjoying the weekend to the fullest.

Everything staff very friendly. Excellent location. Excellent food. I think Annette was her name on check in very friendly and lovely person to greet us.

The free safe parking, the location, the exceptional staff, very friendly, willing to help all guests nothing was a problem for any staff member loved every minute of our stay
