Location was good, but no car park.

Dining room very dark and busy, if you don't like coach parties taking over don't stay here

Couldn't say that the reception were totally fluent in English ,when the girl at the reception couldn't answer a question she started speaking a different language to her colleague right in front of me this is a pet peeve of mine and neither could answer my question OK can happen But had my question answered less than a minute after leaving hotel by a lovely, person native to Killarney.

Very comfortable hotel in the centre of town. Nice greeting from staff whenever encountered them. Nice breakfast. Nice room. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff were really friendly. Everything so clean bedroom had lovely views of surrounding mountains and bath with jacuzzi - very good. Breakfast superb. Great swimming pool.

Excellent Property but do not ever take a Third Floor Room as the constant Noise from all the Air conditioning Units on the Roof is Horrendous.

Lovely hotel, good localization, nice staff, clean. Comfy big bed, room well equipped.

Leisure center was closed. Unfortunately we got this information just when we check in. Leisure center was one of the main reason to pick this hotel.
