Location , facilities and entertainment staff were great. We stayed in a bungalow so cannot comment on the rooms in the hotel

I did like the location of hotel. Its was located close to local amenities. Buss stops was close and taxis were close by too.

I didn't like that personels English wasn't wery good, was having a hard time trying to explain what I needed, one person out of three spoke English. And that in rooms, I do understand its an apartment hotel, but if they could at least provide some washing up liquid and sponges for washing dishes, would be nice, and Jacuzzi didn't work the whole week while we was there, water was ice cold And sad look outside, needs a lot of maintenance done what regards to children play are, not much what to do for children I do understand whe was there in February but I think that it's doesn't matter what time of the year it is, children wants to play anyway, and preferably in a nice ans safe environment, need to have soft play area inside the hotel during this colder time, all they had was a table games for older children, but when I was looking on photos I did see the soft play area, but unfortunately it's didn't work now. Will not be going back here unfortunately 😕.

Health club no much else, the room had a bath I enjoyed that...

First night I came was10pm, I thought this was a family hotel,the couple next to me were having very vocal sex and I could have done a better job myself, pleasuring myself,I complained the next day and asked if we they could move me to another room,but they were not helpful in any way.I could have waited until a room became available,I was there to heal my heart and I had to listen to next door sex romps even after I complained of to reception... After a black out one of the night's the WiFi did not work at all.. Overall very let down by the hotel and the people who worked there..

It is in a great location with onsite parking. We only got to the property around 1am and the reception was still working and dealt with us really well. The wifi was good too.

The rooms are quite cold, there seem to have been a party going on that lasted till very late and with loads of noise.

Facilities are awful pool area is disgusting and children's play area closed down because its unsafe

Nothing. The worst place I ever been to. Very Old and very dirty
