4hr late access to our room (6pm) Room in poor condition with paint peeling and broken items throughout. Rooms dirty and uncleaned. Shower and toilet amenities outdated and poor conditiom

Extremely clean and tidy fantastic friendly staff and brilliant central location close to everything

It was close to the stadium.

The smell of mould, the constant dripping of the air conditioner and the desperate need for upgrades/renovations.

The staff were friendly.

I waited 3 hours to check in (I arrived at 3pm and wasn't able to check in until 6pm due to the rugby being on, but they knew this was on). Double room was very noisy on the road, lots of street noise, bed was hard and aged furniture. There are far better options for this price range in townsville including Yongala Lodge and Reef Backpackers.

Staff were friendly

Had to pay $30 for parking. Most other motels that I looked at previously had free parking Facilities weren’t really good

Our luggage was stolen from the hotel's luggage room, after it was stolen we would've expected the hotel to take responsibility, but we were very dissapointed from the staff's attitude. Additionaly, both rooms we stayed at had a very bad smell and did not feel hygienic. therefore if I could, I would have never set foot in this place.
