Location was great, staff friendly

Pool was closed, light flashing all night, room temperature went from hot to cool.

Comfortable room with a great view toward Magnetic Island - perfect for enjoying sunrise. The hotel is centrally located and perfect location for the Sunday markets.

There is no place to sit and wait for a taxi when the road is closed for the markets. I waited in the lobby for about 15 minutes before staff told me I had to wait behind the hotel on the street.

location was handy to the city centre. staff were efficient and friendly.

car parking was not easy. some facilities were not available but we were not advised. our room had some hidden remnants from previous occupants.

Location

Ordered room service only to wait over an hour, then called reception and they had forgotten to place the order so we cancelled all together after that. Upon checkout we normally utilise the $100 bond from checkin to pay for our room account, this time advised we couldn’t do it because “They had too many people to check out that morning” even though we had always been able to do this in the past.
