Great location, near cafe, restaurants. Layout of room was excellent

Close proximity to our events and easy parking and food outlets.

Carpet was badly stained. Bed looked like it was just made after someone’s departure, mascara found in bedsheets & apple top from a drink bottle from previous person. Something brown splattered across the ceiling. 2 glasses ? 3 coffee mugs, limited plates, missing kitchen items. Had to go buy an egg flip and scissors. Pool & spa was completely unusable as was ice cold .. contacted staff - man didn’t execute offer to have housekeeping clean it.. lady on reception was rude and not friendly .

Picking up the key went well the apartment was adequate

The apartment had a well used feel about it. I had to get the handyman to fix the towel rail and the washing machine. My main activities were at the civic theatre and although it looked close there was no direct bus route. Also I didn't find anywhere within walking distance to buy milk, etc.

We checked-in late afternoon and by the time we got settled in, staff had left and we were unable to complain until the next morning. There were ants on the bench, chair broken in the lounge, plates and cups taken out of the cupboard dirty. There was a used bar of soap left in the bathroom and hair in the basin. We were told the next day that someone would be in touch to give a refund or discount but we never heard from them. It was overpriced so I expected top quality which this was NOT. We moved to another establishment the next day and paid less for a far more superior unit.

BED SPRINGS STICKING THROUGH, COULDNT SLEEP IN IT. THIN WALLS HEARD EVERYTHING ALL NIGHT FROM NEXTDOOR, INCLUDING THEM GOING TO TOILET XOYLDNT SLEEP. DONT STAY HERE.

The rooms were very dusty. The utensils in the kitchen were all old and rusting. The aircon in one of the rooms was not working and you need aircon if you live here in Townsville
