This hotel is perfectly positioned for the airport, it only took us approx 10 minutes to walk from the arrivals exit and the road was relatively flat. The room was warm and quiet when we arrived, which was about 02:30, and there was tea making facilities in the room. extra pillows were available.

Arrived at the hotel at 2:30 in the morning, after already checking in on line the previous day for the receptionist to still struggle to find my booking and me having to trawl through emails to find reference. We were allocated room 184, and the shower in this room was horrid, there was excessive rust and ware around the drainage area, and was still hairs in the bottom - We did not use the shower for this reason. The breakfast was very disappointing, we arrived down at approx 9am and the whole selection was lukewarm at best with no microwave facility. the hash-browns were very hard and had the appearance and texture that they had been 'recycled' from a previous meal. there was a 'boil your own egg' facility but no guidance on timings, and as the water was not even simmering it was very hard to guess how long to cook them resulting in numerous half cooked eggs on most of the guest's plates, I cooked mine for 11 minutes in the end but still had a 'snotty' section - this facility needs addressing to avoid frustrated hungry guests.

I only arrived to stay over night as I had an early flight ,room was clean but wall decor was a bit tired looking ,can’t really comment on much more as wasn’t there for long ,the checking in and out staff were friendly .

Late check in and the fact that was pet friendly

The cleaning standards were very poor, we found bugs in the room and the shower was dirty. The duvet from the bed wasn’t big enough for two people. It did not matter the size of our dogs, for 3 small size dogs (one of them weighting 2kgs) we were charged the same amount as we would’ve had 3 large dogs which I really don’t see fair. Overall it was a very poor experience, I understand it’s a economy hotel on the motorway but I expected at least clean and reasonable. It didn’t worth the money

The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable.

The room was cramped and it was hard for two people to walk around. The towels were small.

Convenient for one night

Overly priced considering what it is and the state - it is in dire need of refurbishing.

Molto comodo, pulito ed in posizione eccellente se avete un volo la mattina presto: in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il terminal. L’hotel è dotato di tutti i servizi essenziali ed è pulito e silenzioso. Buono il ristorante interno.

Avrei apprezzato il mini frigo in camera.

Great location close to airport, 1@ min walk. Restaurant was nice and bar ok. Expensive to drink .
