desayuno excelente, si tienes un vuelo temprano en la mañana es excelente ya que puedes tomar cosas del desayuno buffet y estan super bien las opciones, ademas de quedar muy muy cerca del aeropuerto, nosotros tuvimos que salir 7am del hotel y nos pareció muy tranquila la caminata y excelente decision el hotel.

Staff are lovely and friendly and helpful
The only hard thing is getting there from the airport the last time I got the transfer bus and that doesn’t stop at the Holiday Inn so I asked him to stop and let me off. This time I walked from the airport which was fine until the road along side the hotel. If you have several bags dragging or pushing big bags up the hill is very hard. The steps are not possible on rhs of hotel for big bags. I only say this as a warning to people like me older and with injuries

Просто прекрасный отель для тех кто рано вылетает. Находится прямо в самом аэропорте 10 минут ходьбы до терминала. Окна герметично закрыты и совершенно не слышно самолеты.

The location of this hotel is excellent if you want to see all the aircraft movements and take photographs
the hotel is starting to look a bit jaded in places. the menu is very limited. unfotunately the car park does not seem to be big enough have to arrive early afternoon to get a space,but there is no way to change this as space is limited.

Леглата са удобни, а банята приятна и чиста. Закуската е типично английска. Като цяло много добро съотношение цена качество, за предлаганата услуга.

Good location. About 10 to 15 mims walk to Airport. Staff polite and helpful. Rooms just what you need for an overnight stay when travelling.

Convenient location, comfortable beds, decent showers - essential after a long trip.
We let the hotel know our flight was set to land late at night, but everyone arriving with us was basically ignored at check-in. I think the only word muttered by staff was “Name?”

They didn't even have water in the room which is so inhumane.

Breakfast was good with soya milk on offer. Staff were present to clean tables and top up the orange n apple containers
I had a linked room which I didn't know I was allocated. I could hear the couple talking but protested at 0450 when their alarm went off and they laughed and talked loudly until I tapped on the dividing door. I would not have had that room if I'd realised it was connected.

I booked this hotel as it is the closest to Luton Airport and walking there took me about 8 minutes. Staff were friendly and bed was comfy.
They stopped serving meals at 9pm and unfortunately, I had to order food to be delivered, due to having had a late flight.

The breakfast was sub-par in every aspect, starting from variety, to lack of any fresh produce and overall quality.
The hotel does not have a parking! Regardless of their statements. We barely found the last place, because someone lefrt and were close to being stuck with no solution. The parking is not related to the hotel and they have no priority or control over it. To say that there is a parking is a sham! Unlike other ones (like Ibis).
