Stains on the carpet, floors weren't that clean.

Our first time staying here and will deffo book again. Great little apartment and staff were really friendly and helpful.

very clean, nice and modern apartment. Very close to town centre and shops

Close to pretty much everything, from the town centre to big supermarkets, so everything was easily accessible. Very secure and clean place. It had dishwasher and washing machine with dryer which was handy when we had to put our clothes to wash, especially important with covid running around. Quiet place that you can escape into your own world without the noise of traffic or anything. Tv had netflix and was placed in a way you can still watch it while youre in bed. There was enough cutlery and white goods provided for two people that thankfully we didn't have to buy or think about until we got there. The flat was always warm that we barely noticed the cold outside. Perfect cosy little apartment for the winter. I wouldn't mind going back only if they change few things.

1. They need to update photos. It looked nothing like in the photos. Very small, no bathtub. I get each unit be different but that was like a joke. Its like showing someone a photo of an orange then giving them a clementine and saying, "they are all the same". 2. Not enough pillows for 2 people. Just one pillow each, that my partner ended up with a neck pain. We had to use couch pillows at night, which wasn't pleasant nor did they smell pleasant. No spare sheets to change, we didnt realise this when we put it to wash, that the machine took about 6 hours to complete a load from washing to drying that went one night without a bedsheet. 3. Not enough cleaning supplies or toilet rolls.

It was comfy and tidy and only 5 minutes from nightlife

The only thing bad I have to say is the walls could do with a little clean!

the only good thing was the location in the center.

the house was superficially clean. some areas such as the laundry were very dirty. i booked for 3. i got a double bed with blankets and no extra blanket for the sofa bed. I bought it for that time and the bedroom window looked out onto a very busy garage

There is no guaranteed parking eventhough when booking they guarantee parking. Would prefer precise information as if I had known then would have booked elsewhere. The price for the property is not a good reflection on what you get when you stay.

Privacy.

The fact I had to clean up the room as soon as I got there. For explain, sweet&brush the floors. Not enough towels&no washing detergent for the washing machine.
