Good central location near railway and bus stations. Good sized spotlessly clean room with comfy bed and good lighting.

It was easy to find and in a good location. Bed was super comfy. Felt very safe as you had to use your key card to get in the door after a certain time, in the lift and also to the room.
The hotel was cashless.
You could get pizza 24/7, £14 for a 12” margarita and then the other options were £16.
If you wanted breakfast it was £15pp and in a hotel next door - we didn’t have it though.
There were a couple of stains on the carpet and looked like a spilt drink stain on the wall.

The receptionist was very nice and friendly. The room was clean and the hotel location is good to visit the city.

Great location in order to use the tram service to Coop Live arena. Bed very comfortable, bathroom really clean.
There was no dining area so breakfast was served in their ‘sister’ hotel next door….. not a problem if it is dry, but it was pouring down when we had to use it! Not very happy dashing there and back.

Nice room, clean, well equipped, good shower was perfect for meeting friends on canal street which was only across the road, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the cleaning lady was so nice, bed very comfortable, shower powerful, plenty tea and coffee, simple room but excellent for the price
The air con had warm air coming out of it no matter what temp it was on! Had to open the window which meant it was a little noisy-the air con needs sorting for summer really

Great location, right next to Chinatown, Art Gallery and regional bus station. Good TV, shower and confy bed. The cube plug to charge phones via usb and coffee/tea are a plus.

Definately cleanliness, the carpets are terribly stained (in the room and halls), the bathroom structure (yes, it´s a "buble" inside the room) is cracking and the amenities were not refilled.
The noise from the street, even on 4th floor. Insonorisation needs an improvement.

Bit of a pain having to go out the back to Novotel - it was cold and slippy. But breakfast was very good.

To say the room was ready when we got there There was a lemon pip on the floor in the room and a couple of blood stains in front of the large mirror which was a bit off putting
