The staff here are exemplary . Nothing was too much trouble . The bed was super comfortable . Room quiet . Ate in both restaurants and both were great . Pool area is lovely to relax around . Breakfast is excellent

Stylish and cosy rooms, good location 👍

Great hospitality and attitude from the staff, everyone made sure you are taken well care of. Good location, right in the middle of Av. Paulista, convenient to go around. The bed is amazing, very comfy, maybe one of the best beds, I had a pleasant rest in the room.

Towel hanger in my room was broken, semi-attached to the wall, it was not fixed and I find the room not well prepared for new guest to stay. The toilet needs some adjustment, you need to flush 2-3 times to completely flush off whatever you do..... Breakfast at rooftop floor (Seen Restaurant) was not available for our last day during our 3-night stay, as the restaurant was booked to host a wedding the night before, hence the hotel could not prepare the Seen for its guests to have breakfast the next day in time, we were told to go to Level E1 (beneath lobby level) to have breakfast, and there were little insect in my milk when I ordered my cafe com leite. I definitely feel bad for those who booked the hotel for that night only. For its luxurious branding and positioning, its gym could really use some upgrades to match its pricing. As the hotel is branded as one of the most luxurious hotels in SP, even though I had a great stay, overall I don't find it to be worth such price.

Very good hotel, good location (Jardins), excellent chef / food, nice rooms with views. The ‘Seen’ bar/restaurant on 23 is excellent.

The service quality was poor in our experience. I think its 80% language (we did not speak Portuguese). The pool is somewhat ‘hidden’ from the sun. We were there during carnival when our ‘neighbours’ decided to party yo 6:30am. Not ideal but management moved us far away for the rest of our stay. Fair enough.

Not as luxurious as I expected for a five star hotel. The room is slightly basic and pool area not great. Also very slow service from the staff in the lobby bar - it took them half an hour to bring me a gin and tonic and it wasn’t even busy.

Location was good I was happy with where the hotel was featured - right on the beach

They charge for every single little thing - nothing can be adjusted or altered. Be careful with the mini bar, they charge for everything even the water by the side of your bed. Not a good experience. I even had a call with the head of the reception and the manager of the hotel - no one wanted to listen, didn't even hear me out and just said I have to pay. It's not about the money, I told them I have stayed for over 1 week (and my friends had x3 rooms) - they didn't care.

Breakfast is great. Many options and city skyline views. Fancy atmosphere at the hall.

Carpet of the room was not clean, because when I walked barefoot my feet got dirty.

Staff was professional. Breakfast was pretty good. Beautiful view from the window.

Hotel is old. It was cold in the room when outside temperature was 14 degrees.
