Die Ganz Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Unsere Zimmer waren jeden Tag Sauber und Getränke waren auch immer voll

Nur eine Sache beim Frühstücken Es war eine Mitarbeiterin mit dem Rote Harre die aus Türkei kam War bisschen unfreundlich zu uns ich musste einmal Beschwerden wegen sie weil die uns für 4 Personen sehr kleine Esstische gegeben hat wo kam Platz waren für Teller Nach dem ich mit die Gesprochen habe nächste Tag war gut aber sie hat angefangen zu jede ihre Kollege erzählt wie wir zu ihr war und alle haben uns so auffällt uns angeguckt und uns war natürlich unangenehm aber dachte ich mir ich habe dafür bezahlt hab recht dazu.

A cockroach on my bed. The hotel within 7 minutes changed my room to a new room to a better one. Big thanks for the swift and kind action.

Every thing

The housekeeping staff not corporative and very slowly to respond. The room beside our room was connected room and we can hear the people very clearly. The main room door was not soundproof enough.

Location and partial breakfast

The reception does not provide complete information about the hotel and its activities. When you contact the reception and ask for something, they forget and help you late. Cleanliness was poor. The pool was not clean. The girl who greeted me at the door at breakfast was bitter. Some of the hotel taxis did not want to go a short distance. The people staying in the other rooms were very noisy, especially at night.

Place was clean and close to the airport

Restaurants in the hotel were like SUPER expensive. Cost us $160AUD for 2 pastas and 1 pizza.

Room was very spacious and well appointed. Breakfast options are fabulous and service was excellent.

Pool is currently being renovated, still a nice pool but no slides yet

The Grand Hyatt was spacious, comfortable and opulent. It had a beautiful indoor garden with Koi pond, which created a gentle calm throughout the space.

The ongoing waterpark building works.

I like only Panini Coffee and their food and their service … Perfect .. all staff are gently especially Mr. Mahmoud … I thank Mr. Marvin from hotel who help us in our leakages when we check out … I thank Mr. Mahmoud from Pinani coffee shop and all staff from Philipinnes and India , they were so Genetly to us

The room from inside especially the bathroom rest room and it’s not clean enough !! I don’t like people at reception especially the Chinese lady who did the check in for us and her English language us not understood to us, she speak English like Chinese !! also her manager in charge he is Arabic from Egypt was not cooperative to us and even not Gently …. Also the staff at GYM reception who were from China also were not Genetly to us we don’t like them …!!!

Excellent hotel which I usually stay in when in Dubai. Staff are amazing and very helpful. The check in and check out process was very smooth, despite the volume.

Every thing was good

Our time at the Grand Hyatt became an unforgettable memory for our family. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the staff ensured we didn’t have to carry our luggage ourselves. At the reception, they provided us with a room that had a great view. Since our second child is very young, we needed a refrigerator to store baby food. Upon request, the hotel arranged a large refrigerator in our room and provided an extra single bed and a baby bed as well. The facilities and services within the accommodation were extremely satisfying. During our stay, the hotel offered complimentary access to the Roli Poli kids' play area, where our children enjoyed playing. The daily breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very kind. In particular, an Indian staff member named Merin made sure we had a satisfactory meal by attending to even the smallest details. On the morning of our last day, Merin prepared a special gift for our family and sincerely wished us a wonderful trip. We are truly grateful to Merin. The pool facilities were wonderful, and the pasta and burgers we had at the poolside restaurant were delicious. Our eldest child had a fantastic time playing in the pool and shed tears, expressing a desire to return. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the hotel staff who provided us with such a special experience. Thank you.

There were no disappointments.

Guest Reception had solved my complication in my reservation whereas I booked for 3 adults but shows only for 2. Mr Bala was kind enough to accommodate and compensate me while booking agent on call was not able to help much. Moreover, Mr Bala noticed I needed extra time to checkout ( late night stay for wedding party) and extended a very late checkout. Really appreciate the consideration and observation on guests situation.
