A world class resort with amazing facilities. Location is ideal. A lot of f and b outlets to choose from. Only negative was the dinner buffet which is part of the half board package. All staff were so knowledgeable on their role and what was needed and where everything was which is rare nowadays so hats off to the operational team

Hotel cleanliness and fabulous staff were a standout. It’s been refurbished since we last stayed . Room and balcony weee outstanding. Great location and proximity to the Souk Madinat are real advantage.

Not being able to use main pool area as we weren’t executive club members. This has just changed recently and I was not aware when I made the booking. I feel this is unnecessary especially as it could use the pool in the other , neighbouring Jumeriah hotels.

It’s a big property that is a resort feel. Very comfortable and spacious. Super friendly staff and very helpful.

Beach clubs like Summersalt wanted a minimum spend just on walk in basis for a drink, found that was the necessary. Shimmers Restaurant would not accept us in for a casual drink around 5.30pm where it was relatively quiet as they obviously wanted to have a minimum spend on food but would not say it. We got turned away from numerous locations on the site when not ordering food just wanted a drink.

We were asked to pay at Cala vista pool, it was the closest pool to the hotel and completely empty

Frühstück war nicht gut. Im Hotel Al Qasr wesentlich besser und bessere Auswahl. Personal beim Frühstück im Hotel Mina a Salam wenig organisiert. Lief vieles durcheinander.

Дизайн в едином стиле и пересечение орнаментов. Очень зеленая территория. Есть возможность плавать на лодочках, а есть возможность ездить на баги по территории. Завтраки потрясающие. Номера очень чистые, кровати для сна мягкие и волшебные. Сразу погружаешься в сон. Есть ванна и душ. Для ванны кладут соль в ванну. Персонал очень внимательный обслуживания номеров. В мое книгу положили закладку, это было очень мило. Для провода зарядки от телефона сделали зажим с лого гостиницы. Очень приятно. Перед сном кладут финики в аккуратной коробке, бальзам для губ и крем под глаза. Потрясающе! Сервис на высшем уровне. Цена - качество полностью того стоит. При выборе в след поездку. Только в эту гостиницу.

Очень долгая регистрация на ресепшене. Самая долгая в моей жизни. При том, что я за ранее зарегистрировалась на сайте, что с детьми долго не ожидать. Больше 1,5 часов нас продержали, хотя все стандартные процедуры. Дети наши изнемогли и начали уже капризничать. У нас было два номера. И моя сестра решила остаться и продлить. Вместо того, чтобы нам оставить этот же номер, нас попросили собрать вещи и переселится в номер за стенку. Рядом. Следующий. Который ничем не отличался от предыдущего. Пои этом мы простояли около 30-40 мин в ожидании ключей от номера, в который переезжали, не торопясь парень принес не тот ключ, пришлось ждать еще, пока принесет новый. У кого есть дети те понимают, что значит собрать все вещи из одного номера и переехать в другой и долго очень долго ожидать ключ под дверью номера с чемоданами. И с орущими детьми. Настроение портиться очень.

Beautifully hotel recently, refitted with great amenities and wonderful, attentive, staff throughout. The rooms are really great with immaculate twice daily cleaning. There are plenty of loungers by the pool and on the beach all fully serviced. The hotel is part of a complex of 4 hotels and all of the restaurants can be used/booked.

There really isn't much to say over than there is very little storage in the bathrooms!

Wunderschönes Hotel in großer, gepflegter Anlage am langen Sandstrand. Ausgezeichnete Restaurants. Sehr zuvorkommender Service.

Hotel is amazing, the entire area of the connected hotels is beautiful. We used buggy’s and boat rides inside the resort, all the time. The service of the hotel is amazing. All employees are extremely polite, child friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, beds very comfortable. Extremely high hygienic standards. Complimentary water on the beaches, pools and in the room several times per day. c We are a family with 2 kids so we also used 2hours of supervised kids club also with no additional surcharge. Breakfast and dinner simply beyond all expectations. Complimentary Nespresso coffee every day.

Only one thing, but that didn’t influence our rating. However it is definitely something that should not happen in a 5 star beach hotel. Beach bag was not provided- hotel personnel told us they are out of stock, for more than 3 weeks. We asked multiple times. On our question how come everyone has one, they told us those guests who have it are there for more than 3 weeks, and offered us a plastic bag as alternative. To make it clear we payed for a 5 star hotel experience and not supermarket experience.

I loved the room and breakfast and the staff were truly above excellent.

The only issue I had was the lack of shataf in the bathrooms.

Very nice resort, above expectations. We ended up having two rooms with sea view despite booking garden view. Helpful staff, great gym, very efficient buggy service. The Jumeirah complex comprises 4 hotels (or more) that are interconnected. There are plenty of exquisite restaurants and everything can be reached on foot (maybe not in summer, because is the heat).

The bathroom lighting could be better.
