Location

Once again it was public parking!

This hotel is close to Tours Station, within walking distance of the whole town, we had an excellent room, it was very spacious and comfortable bed, very clean! The breakfast is also very good!

The African fellow on reception did not welcome us when we arrived!! The girl made up for it and she was excellent! well done to her!

Great Location.

In our room the bathroom and the seperate WC were very small. In fact, if I sat on the loo with the wc door closed, my knees were hard up against the wc door and desppite what I like to think, Im not that tall (1.75m).

The location was great, the hotel is a bit old school but it does provide a comfortable bed in the city

Room was bigger than expected and there was everything we needed, bathroom new and modern. Location next to railway station and the Parking just opposite of the hotel. Breakfast was really good and the breakfast lady very friendly.

Liked the size of the bedroom and bathroom. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great. The location of the hotel is great.

Didn't like the Feeling where the 2 single beds were joined. A mattress topper would probably fix this. There were lots of stains on the bedroom carpet.

The hotel was pleasant but a little tired. It did look as if they were doing some renovation. The staff were accommodating. Certainly convenient for the centre

Hotel was very dated. The bar had nothing we could drink and the breakfast had very little we cold eat. Parking was convenient but had a cost of 13 euro. When the cost of parking, breakfasts , dog and anything else it was quite an expensive stay

There is noise during all night, old building, maybe the AC. Couldn't sleep at all!

The location, literally a 1 minute walk from the front doors of the train station, was super convenient, in addition the friendly staff were lovely, a great buffet breakfast, clean rooms and overall a very pleasant environment and stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent . The room which we eventually got was very good and a very good size.

There was no facility for breakfast available as the dining room appeared to be closed all of the time during our stay which made the hotel a very disappointing choice. The first room which my family were shown to, was on the fifth floor and which was literally like an oven when the door was opened. The temperatures outside were late 20's but as the fifth floor of the hotel is almost attic like, there was no proper ventilation and the air conditioning was either not working or very poor quality. It was only on request that we were given rooms on the third floor which were very acceptable indeed.

perfect location just by the train station with underground car park across the road. very comfortable rooms/bed and a great breakfast to start the day, which also included gluten free options. book this hotel for 2 nights, but liked it so much that we stayed for a 3rd. great little bistro a few steps away called Dakota that seems to be open 7 days a week for all day food too. totally recommend to anyone planning to stay in Tours.
