Personnel super sympathique, petit déjeuner copieux, emplacement très bien situé, à proximité du canal, de la place Stanislas, de la Pépinière. L’accès au parking souterrain est simple, il nous a suffit de nous annoncer à notre arrivée.
L’odeur du couloir de la cave et la lenteur de l’ascenseur.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Man hatte einen Wasserkocher und eine Mikrowelle sowie Kühlschrank, so daß wir uns ein kleines Frühstück selbst zubereitet haben, da wir auf der Durchreise waren.
Die Lage am Wasserpark war sehr gut um die Stadt zu erkunden.

The sizing of the room really suitable for our family 2 adults and 2 kids. All require facility are available.
Room was clean and we had really good free wifi signal in the room.
Location a bit far from the shopping area. We spent around 10 min by walk as we usually used car but this time we tried to walk. For the rest all good.

No A/C only one window opened. No soap in tub or bathroom, paid for an upgrade but was told they did not have those rooms. Not refunded the upgrade.Very disappointed in hotel and booking.com

Bad experience:
The hotel is bad shape. The corridor carpets are full of stains. Bad smell in corridors and elevator. Broken bathroom door. Towels worn out. This can definitely a 4-Star hotel as Novotel promotes.

We had a really good time.
The location was good for us.
We are always searching to find proper single beds for our grown up children. .the search continues..they slept anyway.
The parking is tight for large cars..I m glad i wasnt driving.We managed.

Nice hotel with large well equipped rooms. The breakfast was very good, expacially for French standards. Nicely located, not to far from the city center.

The location and comfort of the hotel
The elevator could be better. The capacity is below expectations.

Consistency is what I like. Comfortable beds, same easy comfortable bathroom setup and bed arrangement. Breakfast is good and everything ran smoothly. The manager who was there when we arrived late was also very kind and helpful.
Nothing not to like. There’s things one might like a bit better, but that’s me being fussy and if I really wanted that I’d fork out the extra for an extra star.
